Only a 5 minute stroll to both Penguin Point and Willyama beach families can come relax and watch the stunning sunsets over the native scrub from the large balcony deck. Moana can comfortably cater for multiple families with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large inside dining area and 2x outdoor dining areas. Moana has recently been purchased and renovated with all new furnishings, be one of the first to take advantage of this well equipped family home. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Sleeps 14 people with 10 individual beds Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ceiling fan and built in robes (BIR) Bedroom 2: Double bed with single bunk on top with ceiling fan and BIR Bedroom 3: Double bed with single bunk on top with ceiling fan and BIR Bedroom 4: 2x sets of Bunk beds with ceiling fan and BIR Downstairs Bedroom 5: Queen bed Please note: quilts, quilt covers and pillows provided. NEED TO BRING OWN: sheets, towels and pillow cases. FEATURES - Well appointed kitchen downstairs - Dishwasher - Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods) - Reverse cycle air conditioning/heating - 3 fridge freezers, large fridge freezer in downstairs kitchen, small fridge freezer in kitchenette upstairs and large fridge freezer in enclosed outdoor patio for bait drinks etc. - Ceiling fans throughout the house - Large open plan entertaining area upstairs with dining for 16 guests and kitchenette/bar - Large undercover decked balcony with outdoor dining and great views - 2 bathrooms and toilets - Laundry facilities for those long stays - leather lounge suites in both living areas with TV/DVD players - Music system that connects to Bluetooth - Enclosed outdoor dining area - 6 burner hooded BBQ - 2 under cover car park spaces - Huge yard to store boats, extra cars and for the kids to play - Fish cleaning facilities - Baby gates at top and bottom of stairs - High chairs and porta cot available No smoking inside please and pets by negotiation only. We are happy to accept bookings for group gatherings but this is NOT a party house. extra charges will apply to parties or exceeding the guest booking. Very good experience. Only 1 comment - the quilts were thinnish "summer" quilts which we had to double up due to cold nights in May & there were limited spare blankets. Some extra blankets would be good.

a lovely house, nice big bedrooms , spacios living areas and a large deck upstairs. There is a kitchen upstairs with no stove and we would have found it much easier if there was one because there is a lovely large deck to eat out on . So we had to carry our food cutlery and crockery up stairs. Plates &cutlery upstairs would also have been useful. We had a lack of water problems and needed to contact the owner urgently, our email was addressed quickly but having the phone number would have been easier. overall I woul recommend this property

We loved Marion Bay,the house was perfect for all of us. Perfect location ,but we found dirty cutlery and plates,and frying pan....we had to rewash .We will go back again !

Had a great stay at Moana! Amazing house - spacious in both living and sleeping quarters. The indoor dining table easily seated 14, and that wasn’t the only dining option! Two outdoor dining areas too, plus another indoors downstairs. All the little things like hand towels, hand soap, bath mats and tea towels were supplied, plus generous quantity of bin bags and loo paper! The enclosed outdoor area downstairs was terrific! Really safe for the little ones to play outside! The outdoor shower was great! Peter, the owner, was really friendly and readily responsive, every time! Highly recommend! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Had a great week down at Marion Bay at Moana. Awesome accommodation. Comfortable, well provisioned, plenty of space for the entire combined families. Close to Innes and all the great beaches and places at the bottom of Yorkes.

We had a great time at Moana@ marion bay. The house was spacious and great for 3 families. The house was clean and check in was easy. Some feedback would be: there wasn’t any hand soap in either bathroom for hand washing not was there dishwasher tablets or washing machine powder. If the owners wanted us to bring these it wasn’t clear in the house instructions that these were required.
