Loved my stay at Vila Galé Collection Elvas! The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the pools and spa. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The location is also fantastic, right in the city center and within easy reach of Elvas' main attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Service at the bar could be a little quicker at times, although the staff were always friendly and courteous.

We liked the spacious room , the pool and the breakfast was good and the spa ok
Initially the mannequins dressed up around the hotel were awful as were the plastic flowers in pots and the large photos of something happening in Covid with everyone in masks.also for a family friendly hotel the graphic artwork in the big hall was disturbing as was the photos and paraphernalia of the Christ on the cross icons. If you removed all of that you would have a chic clean lined appealing space.

The location is perfect, and the fact that they had charging stations in the hotel parking.
The hotel has beautiful spaces like the bar and cloister.
Everything is a little outdated, and rundown. Rooms with old dirty looking carpets. The shower didn’t work very well.
Unfortunately not a 4star hotel for me.
