Beautiful place and location, they've done an amazing job building this place, I really enjoyed my stay, they also offer boats from Rio Dulce to the hotel and back, we rented a kayak also and was an amazing experience thank you

The location is incredible and the design of the hotel is conducive in allowing guests to enjoy nature and also to connect with other travelers.

Nice location, pretty looking hotel.
Got better experience and service with any of the Hostels we used in Guatemala. Set you expectations lower and you might have a good time.
This was a cheap hostel disguised as several star hotel.
Food was not good, portions were small and very expensive too.
Service was mediocre at best and sometimes quite rude. There were too many things that added up to an overall negative experience.
But to name 2: When you arrive you get told that you MUST order dinner before 17:00 otherwise you go hungry to bed. But since the portions we small, we did anyway. Another example was towels. We were told that you could exchange towels every day, except the didn’t want to. And when we finally got someone who wanted to help, they were out of towels.
As a side-note. They got a pool but only 6-8 sun beds for a hotel with about 30 guests. You are lucky if you get to enjoy it.
