Very clean and the staff were very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and the shower was great; plenty of water pressure and hot water. Cayema restaurant has quality food and service at reasonable prices. Staff at La Rampa are friendly and helpful.
The rooms lack amenities. There are 2 beds, with hard mattresses, 1 wooden chair at a small work station, a TV and the bathroom. A fridge, kettle or coffee machine and comfortable chairs are required.
The water in the main pool is too hot, due to its design and there is very limited shade. More canopies or umbrellas are needed.
Due to the hotel's location, a free water taxi to town is required, especially when arriving or departing.

The pool is great, lots of ground space, nice views, large and well-appointed rooms. Restaurant dinner meals were well prepared and delicious. Breakfast restaurant staff should learn to smile and be hospitable not just serving guests. Dinner staff is better.
Staff at front desk is very young and not helpful with suggestions of what activities one could do.....could not even rent a kayak there....just know that you will be isolated from Rio Dulce so if you are happy to lounge by the pool for your stay, then it is perfect.

Location is good.
The room’s interior design is clearly not designed by a professional. The desk is so small. In a wide large room. There is nowhere to sit. No chair, no sofa not even a bed bench. The TV is on top of the minibar and there is zero space to put things. The bathroom is enormous but very sparse. The toilet is right in the middle. With so much space it could have been in an enclosure. The patio has extremely uncomfortable wood chairs with no cushions.
