The excellent service! When I first arrived there, I was given a quick tour of the hotel (was brought to my room, shown where the onsen was, etc.), then I was brought to a bar/dining area where I was served some green tea and Japanese snacks. Whilst there I had arranged with the manager to bring me to a Yakitori place to have my dinner as I had only booked the room, no dinner or breakfast.
After dinner, I went to the onsen section, showerd and then relaxed there for a while. Once finished, I went back to my room and watched TV until I was ready to sleep. The beds were the most comfortable beds I had slept in during my trip to Japan.
The following morning, the manager had offered to drive me to Tateyama Castle after I had checked out since I mentioned I wanted to visit it. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay at their hotel. I would definitely stay there again!
