D306 is a deluxe two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offering an expansive 1,200 sq. feet of beautifully furnished living space, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. With its breathtaking direct Gulf-front views, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable layout, this condo is perfect for making lifelong memories with family or friends.
Please Note: The owner rents Saturday to Saturday only from Memorial Day weekend through peak season.

We had a wonderful time and fully intend to book this same condo (hopefully) next fall break! The condo was clean and had an incredible view of the pool and the ocean. I really enjoyed the decor of the condo as well as the set up, too! We were mere steps away from the beach and the condo had beach chairs we could use but we brought our own. I would highly rate this property!!

Only problem we had was some type of women’s undergarment hanging on top of the master bathroom door. We left it there because we wasn’t going to risk touching it.

We've actually stayed in this room a couple of times. We've stayed at the Dunes many times. Can't seem to find any place to match it. We'll be back next year!!
