Property was just what we wanted for our family weekend reunion. Enough beds for everyone and great game room for the kids. Great view from hill overlooking farmland.

Stay was really pleasant, and the property has all the facilities.

I rented this house with a handful of buddies so we could be reasonably close to Rausch creek off-road park. The house was exactly as advertised and the owner is terrific as well. This is my 2nd time renting from this owner. Highly recommended.

Beyond our wildest dreams. Host did everything to make us comfortable. My husband and I with our married children and their children had the time of their lives. Can’t wait to come back!!

We had an absolute wonderful weekend in this incredible home! We rented it for our large 7 adult children, 5 grandkids) family to use during our 5th son’s wedding. It was clean, comfortable and extremely well planned out as far as maximizing the view, accommodating a large group and providing several places to gather, both indoor and outdoor . The lower level game room was perfect for both our grandkids and the groomsmen who gathered there with my son the morning of the wedding! Gathering around the fire pit post wedding was such a perfect ending and allowed for extended family to join before we all heading out of town the next day. The hosts were incredible, warm, very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions! Every guest our weekend marveled at this property! I can’t wait to come up with an excuse to return for another weekend. A true gem of a rental❣️

Perfect for our family vacation! The home was spacious and well equipped with all the amenities! Nice assortment of games for kids. Hosts were very friendly and informative.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The hostesses were very good to work with. The panoramic view from the front porch was great, hard to explain just how good it was. Our family would sit out there every morning and evening. I was there with all my kids and grandkids (15 of us).

Everything went just as advertised. The home was so much more than I expected. The scenery was beautiful. The host was very polite and explained everything very well. Would love to go back and stay again. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Booked this house for a reunion of college friends who hadn't been together in same location in probably 20+ years. From the 1st message we sent to Sue, we knew this would be a great location. When we arrived, we were blown away. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is in an amazing location with views for miles. Everything from the amenities supplied to the layout and surrounding area was amazing. We relived so many stories from over the years. We laughed, we shed a tear for lost friends, and in the end, we agreed this was long overdue. We did not want to leave. Thank you Sue and Katie for the use of your house and your hospitality. We will definitely be back for the next "reunion".

This place has lots of room for everybody to spread-out! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and a large kitchen table for dining. Very clean. Game room area has something for everyone young & old. Beautiful patio with gas firepit and stunning countryside views. We would stay there again!

Perfect for our needs. Amazing view to accompany a morning coffee. Fire pit area was nice in the evening. Kitchen setup, accessories, etc was very nice. Exactly what you see on in the pictures. Host was very welcoming

The house was great for our group. It is in a lovely location and we thoroughly enjoyed the views and the home. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed.

First of all, communicating with Sue was simple and she was very accommodating to our desired date change and later in the evening arrival. We had 6 adults and 9 kids converge on the Hershey PA area and this home nicely fit all of our needs and desires! Nestled atop a hill, the view is breathtaking overlooking the countryside. The patio with water feature set the perfect tone for an evening outside. The fun amenities (skee-ball, billiards, board games, movies and more) Sue provides made for a lot of fun interactions among all. It was a nice surprise to find the house had simple everyday items like basic seasonings and even dryer sheets. The little things make a BIG difference, and this property made sure to tend to the little things. Well done to Sue and her family. I highly recommend staying at this property. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed by that decision. Though I did not meet you in person, thank you Sue for your great hospitality!

This was a family vacation with 11 of us going. We really enjoyed the whole time spent at the property. It was so clean, well stocked, it had plenty of activity supplies...just perfect for us. The grandkids were hardly on their phones the whole time...they were enjoying the games and each other. The hostesses were great as well. We will definitely stay there again for a family trip.

In the current environment that we are in, it’s a little worrisome to pack and take your family on a mini vacation. Sue and this house were a breath of fresh air. The constant communication was top notch, the cleanliness of the house was great, the view was beyond impressive and the waterfall by the patio was so relaxing during the early hours of the day and evening. My kids are between 5-12 and they all have a great time, plenty of space, dual AC heat unit was impressive since it’s two levels. Also if you enjoy nature, this is an amazing place to be at. I rent yearly a place to take my family and this is the first time I was super impressed with everything . I will be staying here again for sure next year.

I tried to find a place that would be a fair and most equal distance for my 4 siblings to spend Thanksgiving weekend. This was a perfect spot. The view... The well appointed kitchen... The unlimited supply of games. I couldn't have asked for more. Our hosts were welcoming and gave us all we needed for the perfect family gathering.
