My family loved it, especially the children. We would definitely come again given the chance

The property itself was lovely, it had all the space and amenities that one would expect when travelling with a large group of people. The pool was fantastic as was the Villa itself. The rooms were spacious , all with en suite. It had a modern feel with rustic furnishings. The Villa was incredibly private and a great setting for a simple but comfortable family holiday. The gardener attended and he was a gentleman and the children liked speaking with him and seeing his dogs.

We arrived at about 9.30pm and managed to get onto the property via a key coded box outside holding the keys. It did feel a little commercial in approach , we had no ‘welcome pack’ or guide to the area which would have been a nice gesture to have. The property had no fresh water for us either and we had to take a walk to a local bar at night and buy some water until we had chance to go shopping the following day. It would have been a nice touch had there been a couple of bottles of water in the fridge on our arrival to get us going. Consideration of air conditioning would take the Villa to another level I think. The games room could do with some attention, as some of the games weren’t working, such as the pin ball machine and the cross trainer was broken. I must say, we didn’t spend a great deal of time in the games room though ,

Very good

Villa was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely and pool guy came everyday keep it clean.

Unfortunately the villa does not have air conditioning which meant it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep at night due to how hot it was.

Spacious and comfortable

Very spacious and very comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, great bbq area and clean pool. Big dining areas inside and out. Efficient pick up and drop off at airport.

No plastic glasses provided for poolside. Some appliances old (microwave didn’t work) and despite asking for one three times we never got a corkscrew to replace the broken one when we arrived. The breeze had a tendency to catch interior doors and make them slam. pictures made the pool look a lot bigger than it was.

A beautiful home that is very spacious and great for parties of 5+ with a lovely pool.

The house is really spacious and has a very vintage home vibe, the home did not lack any amenities with a lovely pool area to lounge around. The host allowed an early check in which was great with an early flight.

The BBQ was a little dirty and we were unable to use this and the pool jets are not on at all times leaving a dirty pool at times but was fine as there was a cleaning net.

Pictures don't do this property justice.

We flew in very early in the morning from an overnight flight and host allowed us to check in several hours early once the property had been cleaned which was fantastic for our tired bunch. Location is excellent, with beach, grocery store and restaurants all close by. This property is located in a nice residential area, only minutes from the city and Marina (5 mins away) for boat excursions. Loved the water views from all three of the upstairs bedrooms and each had a balcony as well. Large fans in each of the rooms was an excellent bonus and allowed us to sleep with the windows open comfortably. Games room was great for our family to play pool in the evenings and livingroom and diningroom has ample room to fit a large group easily. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and the tumble dryer was a fantastic bonus we hadn't expected. The pictures don't do this property justice. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again if we go back to the Algarve again.

Comfortable & Relaxing stay with family

The villa was beautiful, and well looked after, inside and out. The owner came a few times to tend to some plants/check the pool/etc. He was a very nice and helpful man. Kitchen facilities and the BBQ area outside were great, but a few more glasses were needed for a group of 8. A few nice restaurants close to the villa, and just short drive to Albufeira centre and marina. Would definitely go back in the future. The loungers around the pool were very comfortable.

The stay was supposed to be for a wedding that got postponed to 2021 due to COVID, but the property wouldn't allow us to defer the stay without incurring €600 cancellation costs. I thought, given the worldwide pandemic and the fact that we were still going to return to the same property 9 months later, they could have been a bit more understanding and not enforced such a high fee. In order to avoid losing €600 for nothing we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway, without the wedding.
