The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The position is perfect for a family with small kids, far from busy touristical areas.
The restaurant offers high quality menu with excellent products.
Animation service could be improved especially to involve the youngest ones. The group of animators is too small (2 plus someone else from time to time) and cannot make more than they currently do.
The two pools should be monitored by two dedicated lifeguards and it is quite surprising they are not.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the place was very clean, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach.
The apartment itself is quite old and showing its age. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the kitchen cabinets look very worn out and dated.

The staff were amazing. The massage (extra) was good. Buffet was good (although unfortunately the hot food wasn’t hot at breakfast or the first night because we went down early)
The jacuzzi wasn’t working, nor was the steam room (not sure if there was a sauna. The day we arrived there was a flickering light in the pool area and my granddaughter suffers from epilepsy
so she couldn’t use the pool that evening and the water wasn’t warm enough on the second day. We had to ask for tea, coffee and kettle in the room.
