Beautiful rooms and hotel.
Very clean and free room cleaning service offered everyday, as well as free in room tea, coffee and water, also restocked each day.
Food was great.
The pools were huge and there were plenty of sunbeds.
The train to the beach was amazing.
Other than the buffet option, restaurants at the hotel are more expensive than going out for food in the general area, and not necessarily any better.
One of the restaurant staff dropped a tray of drinks over someone in my party and, although we were of course not angry, no goodwill gestures were offered, which I would expect at a nice establishment.
Another restaurant staff member, trying to be funny, unprovoked, decided who on our table would pay for the meal which left them awkwardly forced into it and led to us having to transfer money rather than just splitting the bill like we requested.

Clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and excellent spa facilities. The spa staff were particularly professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained.
.The Wi-Fi did not work properly throughout our entire stay and, despite reporting the issue, no effective solution was provided. As we needed a stable internet connection for work, this issue had a significant impact on our trip and ultimately forced us to leave the hotel one day earlier than planned in order to find suitable working facilities elsewhere. Despite the inconvenience and the shortened stay, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered.
It was also very difficult to reach reception from the room, as calls often went unanswered.
The most disappointing part happened after check-out. The hotel repeatedly attempted to charge my credit card for unexplained amounts (€229.30, €217.30 several times, €205.30 several times, and €12.00). I was later informed that this was due to an internal administrative error involving a refund. While the hotel has provided explanations and documentation, the situation remains confusing and I am still not fully convinced that I have received a clear and consistent explanation for all of the transactions and charge attempts.
For a hotel operating under the Marriott brand, I find it difficult to understand how such a situation could occur. The complete lack of a working Wi-Fi connection, the failure to resolve the issue, the need to leave early because of it, the absence of any compensation, and the post-stay payment problems caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress.
