About this house rental
Located in Plymouth, this attractive house for $1,000 per night is a great choice for your next break. This brand new four bed room home features a modern floor plan and sits on a commanding spot overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod. "Cliff Home" is located inside Ocean Air Estates directly on a cliff over looking the ocean. This private community has its own beach access where you can swim, search for shells and see ocean wild life. This beach is perfect for Kayaking and stand boarding . Due to the popularity of our other vacation rental "Harbor House" in West Falmouth we designed and built Cliff House with rentals in mind. The house features a modern floor plan with high ceilings and privacy from every room. The house commands open ocean views of the entire shore line from Plymouth to Provincetown. The shipping lanes into the canal are right in front of the house. Every room has its own access to outside decks and patios. Relax on the brand new out door furniture while watching ships enter and exit the Cape Cod Canal. See whales, dolphins and seals play around the rocks right from your deck.Each en- suite bed room is beautifully decorated with all the features of a hotel. All bed rooms have decks and ocean views,room darkening shades and FIVE STAR quality mattresses and bedding . The home lacks nothing for personal comfort. The large luxury award wining kitchen has multiple sinks and ovens. A coffee bar and views as far as you can see. A gas fireplace is a secondary focal point to the panoramic views making an amazing finish to the Great room. the homes location is perfect being a few miles from the best beaches and historic sites of the area. Plimouth Plantation,the May flower and the Sandwich glass museum and Heritage gardens. Working from the home is easy with desk and high speed wi fi .

Cliff House is magical! From the moment you pull in the driveway, you know you won't be disappointed! From the high quality bedding, to the sharpest knives ever, to the supply of paper goods and spices, there is an attention to detail that you don't often experience in a vacation rental. The expansive floor plan provided the privacy we needed while vacationing with friends while the comfy common space was large enough for all of us to have fun together! The commanding views took our breath away, every day a different show! I would love to return with just my husband for our own quiet getaway! Craig was very accommodating, just a phone call away. This vacation rental is special.

We are a group of 7 friends that take a long weekend in the fall. This was our 19th year. This house is absolutely beautiful. The house is well appointed, and the view is incomparable. You literally feel like you are on a cruise ship. Craig is very attentive and quick to respond to any question you have with either a text or a call. I would highly recommend staying at Cliff House.

We greatly enjoyed our time at this great property. It offers a huge amount of space, beautiful sunrise and ocean views, and a great kitchen. The owner was highly responsive and helpful for a few questions we had after check-in. A great place to stay!

The Cliff House was fantastic! The views, the setting, the home and the balconies. Was extrememly well equiped and our dogs were right at home. Craig is a great host and he answers the phone! Priceless these days. Thanks for the opportunity.

the house had everything we needed, kitchen is fantastic, it is a beautifully done house, very comfortable and the landscaping is lovely! I think that because we had some children, we needed extra towels, but they were brought when we requested. Very nice to have had the downstairs kitchenette with family with a baby. I only took away one star because the "beach access", that is close by, was really just an old boat ramp and not very convenient with kids. But really, my fault for not asking enough questions. Craig was great and very responsive, and did a wonderful job on the house! Great location to town also!

The house served as home base for our son's wedding weekend. We hosted the groomsmen and guests, as well as our daughter and her guest. Everyone enjoyed their private spaces while celebrating on the decks on all levels of the home.
The kitchen was a dream--so well stocked, perfectly laid out, and the breathtaking views were not missed while preparing food and beverages. This home was one of the best we've ever rented and the attention to detail was much appreciated. We live less than an hour away, but having the opportunity to stay close the wedding venue was ideal and great for everyone to gather in between the weekend festivities.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Plymouth property. We were there to visit family that lived close by and have a get together with them for my daughter's graduation. The house has a lot of stairs, but it is so worth it to enjoy the breathtaking view. You have 180 degree view of the ocean. When you are sitting inside, it feels like you are right on top of it. There are so many decks to enjoy the view.
We enjoyed using the grill, the hot tub, and the firepit. There are a couple of bunnies that would hop around in the backyard which was very entertaining. It was quite chilly a couple of days so we enjoyed the games and puzzles that were there. The king beds can be made into twins which worked great for us.
The house is well equipped with paper towels, dish washer and laundry detergent, and even lots of spices and olive oil. The only downside was they have one drip coffee maker and we had some people that were caffeine free so we had to make 2 pots of coffee and reheat. It would be nice to also have a small Keurig or french press available. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs.
Craig, the owner, was extremely responsive to every request. He even came by at 10:00 pm when our hot water went out and he was able to fix it quickly.
I would definitely recommed this beautiful property.

This home is very well stocked and maintained, clean, with plenty of amenities. The owner was responsive and helpful. Nice size rooms, large kitchen with fully functioning appliances. Beautiful views from multiple levels, you can see the Cape in the distance across the water. We did wish there was direct beach access from this house, but the parking lot is not too far down the road. Grocery store, restaurants and Ellisville Harbor State Park are only a short drive away. Be sure to wake up for at least one sunrise, it's breathtaking!

A completely effortless experience. The views from every room of the house are amazing. His background in architecture and vacation homes is apparent throughout the home. The layout, the furnishings, the kitchen and bathrooms all make a short or long stay feel natural. Will definitely be coming back again!

The Cliff House is a beautiful home with breathtaking views of the ocean. We loved the open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The large kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes.
All floors had large decks with unobstructed views of the ocean - perfect for watching the sunrise in the mornings. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub which was very clean.
It was a perfect home for our annual family getaway. Cliff House is one of the best properties we have stayed at and we look forward to coming back.

Wish we had stayed longer! Beautiful property with gorgeous views and wonderful location! We drew lots to see who got which room but honestly, they were all comfy and unique! Hated to leave this little New England paradise!

The location of this house is absolutely breathtaking! The layout of this house is unique and inviting. The beds were clean and comfortable. When we booked this stay, we thought that the stairs shown in one of the photos belonged to this rental, but there is no beach access from the house. However, there is beach access just down the street. When we first entered the house, we noticed that it was very warm and muggy. In an attempt to cool the house, we lowered the air as low as we could. Still? for the first few days, the house remained miserably warm and uncomfortable for our parents and young grandchild: We reached out to the host and he was quick to respond. He sent an HVAC technician to the house and it was discovered that one of the air conditioning units was frozen. I believe that the unit was frozen prior to our arrival because the house was hot from the moment we first stepped inside. Nonetheless, once the host was made aware of the issue, he remained responsive and offered to have window air conditioning units installed the day before our departure. We understand that sometimes things happen, but when you’re on vacation no one wants to deal with inconveniences and repairmen during a stay. I believe that this house must’ve had air conditioning issues in the past because there are three window units stored in the basement of this property:. Even with being hot and sticky, we did enjoy our time together and I have no complaints about the host’s willingness to correct the issue. The host was quick to let us know that we wouldn’t be charged for the repair of the frozen unit….as well we shouldn’t have been because the house was not cooled upon our arrival. Additionally, the temperature of the house can be controlled by the host via smart technology. Also, while the house does have cameras, we felt like our privacy was lessened by the ring doorbell which monitored our comings and goings. Overall, our stay was lovely.

The closest beach was surf side which was very rocky, White horse beach was a short drive however it is private and needed parking passes which being from out of town didn’t know how to obtain one! Would suggest that information in your house book. Or include a complimentary pass? Also would suggest running the yard sprinklers at night

Cliff House is as advertised. Breathtaking! Don't think you could ever tire of the house and view. Craig always answered any question/problem I had. The pics online are older, the fire pit is in a much better place on the right and surrounded by Hydrangeas. Downside..I needed more than a week there!!!

We had a nice stay at the Cliff House. Our only problem was issues with the trash cans. They weren’t empty before we got there, so there was no place for us to put trash from the house. Other than, we enjoyed our stay at the Cliff House

Overall our stay was exactly as described - the house was beautiful and the perfect set up for our family/friend combination. Waking up to that expanse of the bay every day was lovely. The location was perfect for enjoying both Plymouth and the Cape....

Fablous Stay at the Cliff House
VRBO pictures do not do this property justice! It is beautiful inside and out. Each room is fitted with clean, comfortable beds and amenities. The hardest part of our entry was deciding on which room to stay in between grandparents, parents and 3 kids as each room had much to offer. We spent little time watching TV/Movies and much time enjoying the view from the hot tub, playing games and putting together puzzles. It is also a nice location and easy drive to Plymouth history and public beaches, restaurants, and Martha's Vineyard. Highly recommend!

This house is absolutely wonderful! The view is spectacular, the furnishings are lovely, beds are extremely comfy, and the appliances are top of the line. Craig met us at check-in and told us to immediately contact him if we had any problems or questions. We did not need to - everything about our stay was outstanding! Thank you Craig!

Property was gorgeous and super clean- even better than the pictures! Views from each bedroom were stunning and property manager answered every question via text in seconds. Loved that soap and shampoo were provided. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Cliff house will not disappoint.
