I like the behaviour of staff and receptionist.
I didn’t liked the room cleaning, bed sheets were very old , blankets looks un hygienic, room size as shown in online was not specious. Bathroom was OK . But no one came to clean on next day.
Over all I will give average points according to above reasons and its location.

The staff were good. Food from the hotel kitchen was good . The hotel did provide the cab facility from the airport pick and drop at fair amount.
The room was not the one which was shown on booking.com. when consulted before checking in on call i was told that I have selected a non ac room but I would be given a ac room and there's a glitch from their end on booking.com . But the fact is they have reduced the prices on the site .they show pictures of different room and give a smaller room instead. A/c in that room was making a lot of noise.
I booked the hotel for 3 nights but had to check out the same night due to urgent work and get back home. but the hotel did charge me for 2 nights. And reimbursed one nights money only . Overall an ok experience. I will look for a better option next time on the bookings.com !

Very close to Dargah, right in the heart from Ajmer old city. The staff will arrange a person to take you to Dargah without additional costs. Neat rooms. Super friendly staff. Great food in the in-hotel restaurant.
The room lacked basics (missing shampoo, toilet paper, fans were not very clean, and the bedsheets were not very clean). The room was freshly painted, and so there was a strong smell. No windows in the room, so very claustrophobic. Struggled to get good sleep.
