Had a great stay! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hotel itself is new with comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a perfect location. However, the staff is very unprofessional. This could easily be one of the best hotels in Ajmer, but the service is currently holding it back.
The staff lacks professional training; we were repeatedly asked for tips for basic tasks like cleaning the room and changing linens, which felt like begging. The kitchen conditions were also disappointing; the server was frequently chewing tobacco/betel while serving and speaking loudly, which was quite unprofessional. Additionally, our room lacked shelving, so we had to keep our clothes on chairs. On a positive note, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have excellent hot water. It seems like "starting trouble" for a new property, but the management needs to train their staff urgently.
