The location was fantastic the room was excellent and so were the staff.
It seems to be a real problem for parking.we found that if you park at the leisure centre you can get a bus every 10 mins for £2.00 each. 24 hour parking was £11.50. Takes all the hassle out of trying to find a parking space

Central location in St. Ives. Superb views of the Harbour from all rooms in the two bedroom apartment.
Nice breakfast. Friendly efficient staff.
Kitchen equipment/crockery was a bit sparse with missing essential items like scissors/bottle openers. This didn't matter as we ate out.
Very steep staircases into apartment and again into the bathroom would not suit unfit or guests with limited mobility or those with a lot of luggage but we were informed about this and it was fine for us.

Location and view was amazing, the pub staff were very attentive. Izzy was most welcoming on arrival 8th Sept and it makes such a difference when someone has a smile and ever so friendly. The gentleman behind the bar that afternoon was great too and the lady next morning at breakfast was bubbly, it makes the stay so much more enjoyable. English breakfast was top! Made it all worth it. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and we had a good sleep!
The room carpet and furniture was a little dated, and there was no hair dryer which is expected at the price of £266 a night. No bathroom vanity facilities. The waiter in the morning didn’t look happy and was not as friendly as the rest of the staff we experienced, not even a good morning.
