Price was great. Room was fine. Great location for tube travel
Some rough edges to decor and fittings. Confusion over the advertised facilities and reality. Update of the description would be good.

I liked the location since it is close to Wimbledon, like 20-30min by bus or less than 10 by Uber. There’s a Tesco express nearby.
There was this big smell of wet paint the day I arrived and looked like there were renovations going on in some of the halls and rooms. The water kept spilling on the floor the whole time while showering.

Cosy property as expected for the price.
It was advertised as including breakfast. There was no breakfast.

Excellent location for what I needed, close to Wimbledon train station and local buses
Bathroom was dirty on arrival, wifi didn’t work throughout the stay, lights didn’t work at first (this was fixed), in order to be assisted with anything I needed to be there at a requested time which wasn’t always possible due to my work schedule.
