About this cottage rental
Nestled in Siesta Beach, this charming cottage for $220 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key. You can look out the front window and see the Beach Access #7 sign. If your looking for some lunch after a day at the beach walk out the front door of The Siesta Key Beach Cottage and head right up to the Village. There you will find any type of food you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside. Take the beach cruiser bikes provided at the Beach Cottage and bike down to the north end of the beach. There you will reach an old concrete pier you can walk out on and watch sunset. Beach Cruisers are the best way to get around. Park the car and throw away the keys. Walk or bike around the Key........leave the car at the Beach Cottage!!!! Cottage Remodeled in 2011- The Siesta Key Beach Cottage was completely remodeled in 2011. Everything inside was replaced with new.....everything. The back pavered deck is enclosed by a wood fence. Inside has white washed painted cypress walls and ceiling. Hardwood floors were installed throughout. All new windows. All kitchen appliances we replaced. Granite counter . Bathroom had tile floor, enclosed glass shower with tile wall and floor, and sink. The walls and ceiling are cypress through out the whole cottage. Pottery Barn California King bed and mattress. Two flat screen TV's were installed. This Beach Cottage renovation still kept the nautical decor and design and conserved that beachy laid back feeling to it. This is not a condo........it is a Beach Cottage!!!!! Check out our other property ID #964225 only a couple buildings away. This cottage we purchased in 2019 and did a complete renovation. Everything is new throughout the whole cottage.

The cottage is perfectly situated a short walk from Siesta village but far enough away from the noise across the street from #7 Beach access . The beach house decor is well done and creates a relaxing vibe. Everything you need is there including bikes and beach chairs. Great private outdoor sitting area and very clean .

This charming cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We loved the beach decor, parking is easy, and the private courtyard was perfect for our dogs. We would definitely consider staying there again.

This was our second time staying here and most of the time we would be outside at the beach, walking downtown, or sitting on the patio which is all great and wonderful. Unfortunately we had one day of full rain and wind so we were inside most of the day. The unit is decorated and styled nicely and very comfortable, a suggestion for those types of days .. would be to have a chair with a reading lamp beside it. Please don’t take me wrong with that suggestion as it’s a 10 out of 10 place to stay and the manager is extremely helpful and kind! May the sun shine on your stays!

We had a great stay at Siesta Key Beach! Beach access was right across the street and within walking distance to restaurants. Check in and communication with the owner was very easy and convenient. The cottage decor was great and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. I’m a light sleeper so did notice car/road noise at night with the cottage being located by a busier road but nothing overly bothersome and neighboring properties were very quiet.

We’ve only been visiting the area for the last three years, never staying in the same rental. We will not be looking any further when we return. I would say the third time was a charm! This cottage was clean, close to the village and across from the beach access. Perfect for couples.

This beach cottage is great! It has everything you could need and is literally across the street from beach access! We had a great time. Dave really thought through equipping the place. It was also very clean, which was much appreciated! Our doodles also enjoyed the stay.

The cottage was exactly as advertised. Very clean very comfortable! Location is ideal, you are literally right across the street from the public beach which is very nice. The village is within walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Everything you need is available in the cottage and we will definitely be back again! We loved our relaxing week here! The outdoor space is private and fabulous, too!

Absolutely gorgeous property. Very well taken care of and clean. Perfect spot for walking distance between the beach and Seista Village. Must stay if your going to Seista Key. Worth every penny. Property Manager is a text/phone call away and responds quickly for any questions. We got exactly what was advertised.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great. We live in the rocky mountains so it was nice to be so close to a beach and the ocean. Everything at the property was exactly as described in the listing. We loved it and hope to stay again some day.

Great location to Siesta Key Village, walked everywhere the whole week! The cottage was a perfect home away from home with every amenity you could need. We stayed at Siesta Key Village the weekend of our wedding. It was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The property was very clean and organized. There was enough room for us to get ready for the wedding. It was also walking distance to the shops, resturants, and bars in Siesta Key.

The cottage had everything we could ever need and then some. Perfectly clean and well stocked. Enjoyed making meals for beach days , having a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas at our use. Perfect stay! Recommend 100%. Perfect size home for 1-3 people. Very comfortable and cozy

The cottage was very well decorated, comfortable, and clean. location to the beach and siesta key Village was very convenient. Dave was very response and extremely help. We would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I are spontaneous and booked this wonderful place two weeks before we stayed. The location was perfect. Not only was the cottage only steps from the beach, it was also asking distance to the village. There were a couple beach cruisers included as well, which made getting the the far end of the village quick. Dave’s cottage was spotless. It was the cleanest place we have ever rented in Siesta Key. That was just one thing we loved about it! Not to mention, the bed was so comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and clean sheets on the bed. The YETI cooler and beach chairs were an added bonus for the beach. We will definitely be coming back again next year. 😉🌴☀️

This is a perfect beach cottage! The cottage was spotless, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach access and very close to the “village” area. Restaurants, bars and shops are just a short bike ride away. The beach cruisers are a great addition to the home. Hope to stay here again next time we visit Siesta Key.

Dave and his rental property were top notch!!!!! He was beyond accommodating with our check in and departure times and always answered our questions quickly. The cottage was absolutely beautiful. We wanted to move in permanently!!! It was 120 steps from the beach and a very short walk to town which had amazing restaurants, bars and shops. We have already recommended Dave and this lovely cottage to friends.
