The property was beautiful and we loved the surrounding landscape. There was plenty of space for my niece and nephews to have their time away from the adults. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, local trails and the seeing various wildlife. The city has a pretty good restaurant called J. Arthurs, which is about 5mins away from the cabin. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would like to come back next year, if possible.

This cabin has everything we needed for the week! It was in a great central location to lots of hiking trails, waterfalls and Maggie Valley had some excellent restaurants. We were all very comfortable with the space and amenities provided. Would definitely come back!!

The home was a easy to find, however the roads are narrow so if you have a large vehicle be prepared. The house is beautiful, however from the pictures I made some assumptions about the layout of the house, I should have called but be aware: Master suite with ensuite batchroom is on the top floor along with another full bathroom, ground level floor is living/kitchen and half bath: basement level has 2 small bedrooms with a bathroom to share. I had expected for each couple to have a bedroom on each floor, for more privacy and no need to share a bathroom. Also the beds are very uncomfortable, they are hard and have awful plastic covers on the mattress that make you sweat. I hate to be negative I wanted to love the house but the sleeping arrangements and bathroom sharing were not what I expected and the beds being so hard with the cheap plastic mattress cover made this stay only Okay for us. The view and home are beautiful but the sleeping arrangements made this a not again for me again. On a positve note the people that manage the property were great, very helpful and communicated well.
