The property was beautiful and we loved the surrounding landscape. There was plenty of space for my niece and nephews to have their time away from the adults. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, local trails and the seeing various wildlife. The city has a pretty good restaurant called J. Arthurs, which is about 5mins away from the cabin. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would like to come back next year, if possible.

This cabin has everything we needed for the week! It was in a great central location to lots of hiking trails, waterfalls and Maggie Valley had some excellent restaurants. We were all very comfortable with the space and amenities provided. Would definitely come back!!

The home was a easy to find, however the roads are narrow so if you have a large vehicle be prepared. The house is beautiful, however from the pictures I made some assumptions about the layout of the house, I should have called but be aware: Master suite with ensuite batchroom is on the top floor along with another full bathroom, ground level floor is living/kitchen and half bath: basement level has 2 small bedrooms with a bathroom to share. I had expected for each couple to have a bedroom on each floor, for more privacy and no need to share a bathroom. Also the beds are very uncomfortable, they are hard and have awful plastic covers on the mattress that make you sweat. I hate to be negative I wanted to love the house but the sleeping arrangements and bathroom sharing were not what I expected and the beds being so hard with the cheap plastic mattress cover made this stay only Okay for us. The view and home are beautiful but the sleeping arrangements made this a not again for me again.
On a positve note the people that manage the property were great, very helpful and communicated well.

The cabin was very roomy, modern and clean. It appears to be fairly new construction. Very nicely appointed. We loved the stay and could not be more pleased. Highly recommended!

Perfect cabin in the mountains
This cabin was a great location for our week in Maggie Valley. We were welcomed by the sound of the nearby creek when we arrived. There are several areas to spend outside and enjoy nature. We certainly enjoyed sitting on the upper deck. Moving inside, it is a well thought out, and stocked with anything you need. There were only four of us, but having as many as 8 would be no problem. Plenty of space and enough bathrooms for everyone. The living room was a great place in evening to reminisce about the day or in the morning planning the day’s activities. The kitchen had everything you would need and expect to be there and there was an outside grill on the deck. We didn’t use the fire pit or the hot tub but they were there. The hot tub was clean and looked inviting.
Overall, it had the rustic look with all the modern conveniences we love. We were so pleased with our choice.

This cabin was so beautiful, clean and comfortable!! Highly recommended! Adults and kids had a great time! Very close to Cataloochee Ski area and so many great places to eat only minutes away. We even got to enjoy some snow. Everything we needed was provided to have a comfortable and safe stay. We will definitely be back.

The one negative of the property is the road leading up to it is very narrow and steep. I was in a larger vehicle and making sure I was aligned with the driveway to make it in/out was a little nerve wracking but this would not deter me from staying here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and so very clean. We cooked daily and appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The entire house was furnished for comfort and provided a wonderful setting for relaxing and enjoying a wonderful vacation. Five star rating!!!

So relaxing!
We absolutely loved our stay at this home! The cabin location is very convenient to restaurants, hiking, water rafting, fishing and local breweries, but still feels very private and tucked away. We loved hanging out by the fire pit in the evenings and drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty space for our large group.

Amazing House, even more amazing Customer Service
The house was everything as advertised, and more. Spacious, clean, warm, inviting, rustic yet modern. Perfect location with great views of snowy mountain side. Only a couple miles from Cataloochee Ski Area (one road) and even closer to the town that had many activities, restaurants, brewery, etc. The hot tub was also a wonderful escape after a day of skiing (Breathtaking views from the hot tub, pictures on listing do not do it justice)
The real 5 star review here should go to the property manager of this location, Seth. The man went way above and beyond any type of service you could even expect to receive at a 5-star hotel. When we were still 3-4 hours away from Maggie Valley, he texted saying he had run to the property and salted the driveway and the made sure the house was all ready for us. When we arrived in Maggie Valley, the road leading up to house was icy/snowy, but we eventually made it up the road and down the driveway. A couple hours later, we were attempting to get out to pick up groceries and realized our driveway was iced over, kept sliding back down and spinning tires; we weren't getting out. I texted Seth and asked if they had any extra salt somewhere around the house. They did not, but he said he'd happily bring some over. Knowing we would likely not be able to get out that night, he offered to pick up a dinner for us if we called it in to a local restaurant. He EVEN PICKED UP DRINKS FOR US AT ANOTHER STORE before heading towards the house. He turned what could have been a rough start to a trip, into an amazing memory; and he did it all with such professionalism, graciousness, and a genuine yearning to help . Even after we paid him for the food/drinks, he was the one that seemed thankful for the opportunity to help out, not the other way around. He's a responsive communicator via text and a great guy to work with. We plan to ONLY rent from Seth's properties on all future trips to this area.

Autumn Wonderland
The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Beautiful mountain views that felt very secluded with only a 3 minute drive to town. The little town had so much to do from gem mining, awesome food, drinks, shopping, and light hiking. Owner very kind and adds personal touch. Would definitely book again.
