Nestled in Nelson, this attractive house for $174 per night is a great option for your next break. Wake up to expansive views over the harbour and countryside. Up a private right-of-way overlooking the Stoke township and Tasman Bay, this large 280 square metre 5 year old home provides fantastic indoor and outdoor living with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Sit and enjoy meals and refreshments on the sunny deck with sea views, or opt for the private courtyard with rural views. The 2000sqm of land has fruiting trees, a hammock, and walkways. Enjoy the countryside living while centrally located to Nelson Central or Richmond Tasman, both 10 minutes away. The large stacker doors provide fantastic indoor/outdoor flow. The house enjoys an all year round ambient temperature, giving you a welcome reprieve from the hot Nelson sun, after you've spent the day at the beach or the river. Montebello is a quiet new development set up in the back of Stoke. The house backs onto farmland and is not overlooked by other houses so there is no need to pull curtains if you don't want to. You will often see pheasant, quail, pukeko, tui, bellbird, kingfisher and weka on the property and sometimes even the deck! Extras: Cleaning (Optional, NZ$100.00 per stay); Linen (included);

This is a stunning property with literally all the bells and whistles. Extremely comfortable and with enough room (and cutlery ) for two families totaling eight people. Close to Stoke, Richmond and a comfortable cycle ride to Nelson City. All of Nelson's attractions are an easy car ride from this beautifully appointed property and the view must surely be one of the best in Nelson

Amazing property and great location with stunning views. The property was excellently maintained and had everything we needed (and more!). We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the additional guests with the chickens and cat. We will certainly look to stay again.

Kingfisher Heights is an amazing property, well located with outstanding views. The property was in exceptional condition and contained everything needed for our week long stay. It is a home away from home. I would recommend it to friends and family looking for a place to stay short or longer term in Nelson.

You can not find a better place to stay in Nelson! We spent a gorgeous Easter weekend here as a group of 8. Breath-taking views, wonderful facilities and very warm hospitality from Teresa and Mike. Thank you for giving us an unforgettable experience here is Nelson. We will with no doubt highly recommend to friends and families.
