The wonderful staff who were informative and helpful. The location was fantastic. Easy walk into town and it was quiet. The beds are wonderful. Size of the two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family.
Having a shower that was more accessible - for older clients stepping in and out of the spa bath could be an issue. Additionally clients with mobility difficulties may find the spa bath inaccessible.
