Proximity to venue I needed to get to.
Dated. Not suitable for solo wheelchair traveller due to heavy entrance doors making for tricky access.

Was very clean and the staff were lovely
The only problem was we booked this thinking we would have an area in our room to at least make breakfast. None of the facilities in the room were actually in the room that the website said there was. Which was disappointing as we had to spend more money eating out.
