We loved that the heater was on in our room, The owner was very helpful & friendly. The bed was super comfortable, & it was very quiet & peaceful, Also there was a great walking path along the river next to the motel.
The bathroom needs an upgrade, but we understand that is on the plans, they can't do evrything at once. It was ok tho, nice shower pressure, plenty of hot water & bathroom not too small.

Close proximity to the town
Cold. Very old wall heater that only half worked. No sun. Publicity photos different from reality.
