About this house rental

Nestled in Zirchow, this attractive house for $111 per night is a great option for your next trip. These beautiful thatched vacation homes are located on the sunny island of Usedom in the idyllic fishing village of Zirchow. The vacation village on the Szczecin Lagoon offers the right accommodation for the whole family to suit every taste ? Comfort is guaranteed in these exclusive thatched-roof houses. The high-quality furnished semi-detached house "Moin Moin" extends over two floors and has a modern and friendly design. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine of Usedom. On cold days, you can warm up and relax in the sauna. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, one of which has a bed drawer with an additional sleeping place for a child. For your comfort, there are 3 televisions in the semi-detached house. Germany's second largest island offers miles of fine sandy beaches and plenty of untouched nature. Here you are surrounded by an extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and will find peace and relaxation as well as many leisure activities for the whole family. The fishing village of Kamminke with its small harbor, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities is approx. 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg and the Ostseetherme thermal baths can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland. The small airport of Usedom is located near the vacation village. Here you can watch an airplane take off or land about once a day. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. - Electricity: 0.55 EUR/Per kWh - Heating(gas): 1.75 EUR/Per m3 - Water: 8.00 EUR/Per m3 - Free parking on site - Other consumption costs excl. - Not suitable for youth groups - Compulsory: Prepayment consumpt.: 20.00 EUR/Per day - Optional: Bedlinen incl towels: 20.00 EUR/Per pers. per. stay - One additional child free of charge (max 4 years old) - Cot: 1 - Child's chair: 1

Schönes Ferienhaus mit ein paar Abstrichen
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können das Haus grundsätzlich empfehlen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut und modern ausgestattet, Sauna und Kamin ein tolles Plus, das man bei schlechtem Wetter gut nutzen kann. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir dennoch überteuert. Zusätzlich musste neben dem doch recht hohen Mietpreis vorab eine Pauschale für die Nebenkosten gezahlt werden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren nicht inklusive und mussten ebenfalls extra gezahlt oder mitgebracht werden. Das sogenannte Fischerdorf bestehend aus vielen Ferienhäusern (mit ausreichendem Abstand für Privatsphäre) liegt direkt am Flughafen. Allerdings stört dieser überhaupt nicht. Leider ist die Anlage etwas abseits der touristisch schönen Ecken. Direkt in der Umgebung gab es keine besonderen Möglichkeiten zu spazieren, nett essen zu gehen oder ans Haff zu gelangen. Das Auto ist ein Muss. Auch für das Einkaufen (nächste Möglichkeit Rewe Ahlbeck, 10 min Fahrt). In Summe aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Auch für die Kinder, die schnell Kontakt zu anderen in Nachbarhäusern gefunden haben. Sehr beliebt bei Familien.
