Situated in Sun City West, this charming house for $90 per night is a great choice for your next break. It is completely furnished and all utilities are paid. There are two king size beds and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers and laundry baskets provided. There is a trundle bed with two twin mattresses in the laundry room for extra guests. There is also a queen size double air mattress for those grandchildren's visit. Full size washer and dryer in a large laundry room. New kitchen table with six chairs purchased in 2023. Attached garage. New 50" Smart TV in living room. 46" TV in master bedroom, and smaller TV in guest bedroom. Pick grapefruit, oranges, and tangelos off your own trees in the back yard during the season. Gas and charcoal grills are available for cooking on your outdoor patio. There is a table with four chairs plus an additional four lounge chairs on the back patio. Cable TV and Internet included. This is a retirement community so one of the tenants must be at least 55 years of age. It is close to numerous golf courses, rec centers, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bocce ball, lawn bowling, racquetball, dog parks, pickleball courts, bowling alleys, hiking and biking trails and fitness centers. Well trained dogs are allowed with a $75 charge. Any type of shopping or restaurants are available within ten minutes. No smoking anywhere on the property. There is a $150 one time cleaning fee added on to each rental.

The house is very nice, 2 kings beds was liked with my children, also, twin beds in laundry room worked for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. The one thing is the golf cart in the garage, would have like to have the option to rent also. Overall, price & house was well worth the price. Denis & Mary, Minnesota

This was a great rental for 2 weeks! Very clean and comfortable. Great location for everything in SCW. Also close to Lake Pleasant! Slept great with comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. Spent every morning having coffee on the patio. Excellent host communication. We had great weather, a convenient rental and would absolutely stay here anytime we visit the area!!

The home is very comfortable and roomy. Everything that is needed was provided. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. My sister and I enjoyed our 9 night stay. Restaurants, shopping and churches are in the neighborhood. Would rent again in the future.

This was my second rental of this house and the stay was excellent all around. The house is fantastic and is in great shape - very spacious and comfortable, new flooring and nice appliances. Lots of restaurants nearby, all the necessary stores and a perfect location for exploring the Phoenix area. Very clear communication with the owner. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place near Phoenix.

We did, however, need to clean a few things prior to use; we let the owner know so he could address. We're looking forward to another comfortable stay in the future as well as the new carpeting :)

Paul was prompt to make sure the property was addressed if there was any issue. The only issue that occurred was ants in a small area of the patio which was addressed promptly. The house was very comfortable and clean and I would recommend the home to anyone.

This wonderful home was in a great community in Sun City West. We had only one minor inconvenience (the nearly new dryer wouldn't heat and service could not be accomplished until after our week stay), otherwise our stay was great! Highly recommend this home and owner!

This has been one of the best experiences we have had. The house and everything in it was very very clean and that included floors, counters, restrooms, linens and towels etc…. We gave the cleanliness a 4 stars because the carpet wasn’t so clean, but it wasn’t bad either. We would recommend this home to everyone and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was clean and comfortable. We were there when the temperature was 105 degrees and the house easily maintained a 70 degree setting. The showers were hot with great water pressure. It had all of the necessary kitchen and laundry amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed quite safe. I recommend the property and I would stay there again.

This property worked great for us, awesome location, quite neighbor hood. Our stay was 9-10 days, owner was very accommodating to us adding extra days and let us in on shorter than normal notice.
