Hotel location, helpful staff.
The biggest problem is the guests, very "animals" without hurting the animals. Respect for the exception. The food is boring, the same dishes are repeated, you can order 2 glasses of drinks at the bar by standing in a line, coffee is only available during meal times (there is a vending machine for money), you can't get better quality goods at the bar for money, constant tobacco smoke in several places. All this in an all inclusive service. The beer and CO2 ran out, so the soft drinks weren't good either., there is nothing like that. etc.

We liked the room, nice and clean with air-conditioning. The pool was great! The food was quite good most of the days!
The receptionist lady was speaking Russian to us, which is unacceptable when you are bulgarian and in Bulgarian hotel. She wasn't speaking any English as well. The bathroom's shower was stuck and it was taking ages for the dirty water to go down. There was no personal safe in the room. Last night of our staying there was a big fight in the hotel and we couldn't sleep. It was caused by Romanian guys who was partying.
Food need more variety especially on breakfast. The fruit and desert table is situated in the beggining of the buffet, which is creating confusion and people crossing infront of the people quing for the mains to take desert.
There was only hot soups and not even one day the traditional bulgarian tarator which is great for the summer, when the weather is hot.

"it was a nice room, for two people. A bit small room in my opinion and a little furniture. Otherwise, the staff was nice, polite and receptive. Cleaning was done every day. Diversified and tasty food...."
