Really convenient hotel and close to a lot of places in San Diego.

Very clean and the front desk when we arrived was very nice. The bed was very big and comfy.

Room could be a little bit bigger but it was comfy for two.

Pleasant.

Clean spacious room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Facility is new and well maintained. Some EV charging stations available.

We understand water is a precious commodity in CA but the amount of water the shower provided per minute was really very minimal.

not a value for money proposition. too much money for too little joy and comfort....

EASY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. Coffee good.

very poor breakfast. COLD egg sandwich. Pool area has only ONLY umbrella. NO hot hot tub. Tiny pool area. My room was in the back facing dirt. Being a valued customer of Booking.com I was given a poorly located room.

Very nice and quiet - comfortable all around.

Comfortable room, bedding, and pillows. Nice and quiet made it easier to relax after a day of travel. Room was clean and in order. Staff checking in and out were great! Breakfast was good. An extra bonus is checkout is at Noon, if your travel schedule allows, you can take your time and don't have to feel rushed in the morning trying to vacate the room in time. We would definitely return and suggest this hotel to others.

I think the light bulb above the desk needed to be replaced. The electrical on the nightstand closest to the window was out - no light, no reading light, no power to charge the cell phone. However, there were ample other outlets available.

I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk manager was very accomodating and let us check in early, which was a life saver for us. We had a function to attend at 4:00 and the early check in allowed us to settle in to our room and get ready. Rooms are updated and spacious.

Room is a little dark.

Will never use booking.com or stay at Springhill again.

I was charged double for my stay. Charged once by booking.com and once by the hotel. I paid around $900.00 for a two night stay. Springhill suites is a Thief. Avoid unless you like getting ripped off.

Did not meet the Marriott standard of service.

Breakfast was ok. The usual fare.

Receptionist did not have a welcoming attitude. She barely smiled or acknowledged, felt like she was doing us a favor by doing her job. Did not expect this kind of attitude for being in the hospitality industry! For charging such a high price per night we were disappointed that, there were no complimentary water bottles in the room like most hotels offer these days.

Not a bad place, as long as they keep up with the maintenance.

Ot was located in a convenient location and was relatively new.

Several lights in the room, one by the couch and two located on and around the desk did not work, making if very difficult to work at the desk. Shortly after checkout, I went down to the desk and reported the issue. I had left the room for a short time and when I returned, the light next to the couch was working, but the others were never fixed. Also the lamp shade by the couch was bent/broken.

Great stay but you guys double charging really ruined my stay.

I really like the whole place. It was really nice. I also loved the bed and the scenery.

I didn’t like how I was charged again once I checked in. I basically got charged twice and didn’t get a refund right away. They told me they needed a manager in order to reverse the charge. It’s been 2 days and they haven’t refunded me my money. The clerk who didn’t really try to help me out was DIA.

Marriott knows how to make their guests feel welcomed and at home.

Good location with restaurants and shopping near by, Marriott quality standards, comfortable bed, quiet in our room despite being just off the highway, staff extremely friendly and welcoming, very clean and modern facility, great breakfast included and lots of parking.

The pool area could have had some nice cushions on the furniture.
