Location
The worst thing about this accommodation was how horrible the soundproofing was. We could hear every single person passing by our door, talking outside our ground-floor “balcony”, church bells ringing SO loudly at random times that had us woken up in the middle of the night. We were not sure about safety because the door lock was weird to open/close. The pillows were really hard. The receptionist was indifferent towards us.
