The location is very good but very noisy in the night. But it's OK coz we were not there to sleep. Enjoyed a lot.

Absolutely amazing property would come again, enjoyed the balcony view, iron man was waving at me so amazing!!!
The receptionist that works in the night shift was being very rude and unprofessional, but DESPOINA was so kind and patient, she was the best.

Clean rooms such as bedding etc. some mould in bathroom and ants in kitchen. AC worked fine but have to pay extra which is a bit absurd. Asked for $50 euro or passport deposit to successfully check in to the property which is unheard of in any other hotel. Shower needs shower curtains or something to close it, bathrooms need locks, bathroom is too small and makes an extremely squeaky sound. Door is very thin so we didn’t sleep for 3 days as there were boys running around at 9pm to 7am in the morning. Very loud music but the balcony door shuts the noise out all right. No hair dryer. Ok for price. Just be aware that you are right in front of Ayia Napa clubs and bars.
