Location, staff, free breakfast and daily activities and the balcony! It was also nice to have a little bar at the hostel. It was really easy to make friends at the dorm and all the shops, restarants and the beach were right there!
There isn’t really any quiet place to hang out if you need some privacy or alone time. Bunks don’t have privacy curtains.

I loved the hostel style, organized kitchen and lots of activities going on
I didn’t like only one en-suite bathroom, not many spare outside of the unit

Stuff, cleaning and rules of the kitchen
They are fixing something so the noise in the morning was horrible, they should let us know in advance.
The cleaning of the showers was not very good
