Staying in two hostels in Sydney now reaching Byron bay surf house is an absolute turn around compared to the same pricing of rooms & stays at very unsatisfactory hygienically poor rooms. BYRON SURF HOUSE YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work (not that we need to try to hard here in Byron) absolute delight!

Very friendly and helpful receptionist in the evening at the check in, he introduced the hostel amenities for me and he personally made sure that everything is sorted and that I’m happy. Everything is brand new and in perfect condition.
You key card only works for your floor, and in the event that the bathroom is in a cleaning process for a long time, you need the receptionist’s help to reach a different bathroom. Even better if towels and shower gel + shampoo were included.
