It is the second year we stay at this location, clean and supplied with basic necessities, my family and I enjoyed but the internet was capricious (off and on)

We loved the accommodation. It worked perfectly for our family. The host is local and available if you need him. The ONLY recommendation I would make is be aware that there is only one roll of paper towel and toilet paper is scarce. We bought more. It is something I am sure they would have dealt with if we had called, but seemed easier to buy our own. Otherwise - fabulous location and a clean and very welcoming space. Highly recommend !!

Host called a couple hours before check in and said there was an issue with fire code inspector and we would not be able to stay at the location we reserved. And alternate location with comparable amenities was offered. Access to pool and hot tub could be made available but it was a bit of a walk, we didn't end up using it.

We had an absolutely amazing time!! The house was super clean, even two Italian mothers were not disappointed with the cleanliness. Great location as it was a short drive to the village or the resort shuttle could be booked. All the information provided by the host was very detailed and accurate! Yes a little squishy in the rooms, but definitely worth it to have the extra beds. The living and sleeping area in this townhouse was definitely maximized!!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay we will definitely be booking again next year!

This place is huge! Very clean, organized and had all the necessities of home (coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cutlery etc.). Big TV's, comfy sofas, big dining table for everyone to sit around. The bathrooms are modern, clean and luxurious. I love the neighbourhood; great for walking the dog with a beautiful Blue Mountain vista. Took about 20 minutes to walk to the village, but there is a shuttle you can take for free (you just have to book it). You can also drive there in 2 minutes. The yard is nice for sitting outside and the pool is located close by (you need to book a time). I would come back here again for sure. The host Michael is very kind and easy to communicate with. Overall 10/10 for this gem!

Everything was exactly as described. The property was great -- super clean and had everything we needed. The proximity (and shuttle) to the Village was very convenient. The pool was great and we were able to enjoy it every day even with the reservation system. We look forward to coming back!

My husband and I have booked this place 2 years running and it has quickly become a family favorite place to vacation with our kids. There is so much to do! The resort is a beautiful 10-min walk away, and the beach/town/Scenic Caves are each a short 5 min drive. The hosts are friendly and easily reachable - our code didn't work first time in but I called and the issue was fixed on the phone. The house is bright, clean and comfortable. The pool is close and the trails are well maintained. Can't wait to go back!

Just very disappointed the kids didn’t have much access to the pool We couldn’t get a spot easily In 4 hours they were able to swim 2 hours in total on two separate days. For the price we paid the least we could have had was access to the pool We tried all 6 pools and all we got was 2 hours It was hard with only one key We were two families The drive to the beach took 30 mins where the add on Vrbo said a 10 minute ride The place was extremely clean Plenty of towels and linens Nice setup I really enjoyed my stay The pool wasn’t available because of COVID but we should have been informed better The owner is available at any time He was prompt to answer our questions We will be coming back!

Location is amazing - close to everything - house was clean. Space is much smaller than it appears in the listing and the furniture is way too big for the rooms, so there’s not much room to move around. It felt quite cramped. In some cases we had to move the beds around just to close the bedroom door. Also, there are no dressers or drawers to put clothes in! We basically lived out of our suitcases.

Highly recommend! The executive townhouse is even bigger than photos. Extremely clean & located in very quiet/ private neighbourhood. Host was very responsive to all our texts. Well equipped kitchen. Great property - lots of space and new furnishings - off the beaten path about a 15 minute walk from the village, perfect during Covid-19 social distancing. Although the all-day passes were all sold out during our stay, we were still able to easily reserve time at the pool, go out to eat or grill at home and hike the trails in this beautiful area. It was exactly what my family of 6 and 2 dogs needed to get away from the city. Michael, the owner, was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We will be returning!!

We rented this place for a bachelorette and it was great. Clean, bright and roomy. Two large couches for adequate seating and extra comfortable sleeping. Would recommend.

Great place to stay in Blue Mountain. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of shelving in the closets or dressers in the bedrooms so you can put away your clothes.

New condo property with great space for our large group. Really enjoyed the pool located just behind the property. And the 24 hour free shuttle to the village was extremely convenient for getting to the village. The property managers always responded quickly to emails. On one occasion they replied with an ad to their other listing, rather than answer our questions - which was a little confusing. But on follow up our questions were answered thoroughly. Check-in was super easy too! We'd come back to this property for another family or large group weekend away.
