The hotel is in a very convenient location, within minutes' walk of the main area, restaurants, and markets. You can also walk to Fira's main bus station pretty easily.
The staff was amazing. The girl (sorry, I forgot her name) was amazing and very polite and helpful! The room was big and clean!
The only thing I expected was the caldera view. When I booked the villa, I thought the view faced the caldera, but it was minimal compared to the other benefits of this room!

Location is perfect, just on the edge of Fira, peaceful but close to walk centre. Staff so helpful, wonderful welcome and always happy. Rooms and hot tub clean and spacious. Pool is fantastic, plenty of loungers. Staff work hard to make this villa special. Breakfast - big choice, plentiful and delivered to your door daily is a lovely extra.
Nothing to dislike.

The bed was comfortable
The facilities are lacking , no basic toilet paper, and tissue, housekeeping need to be better. The water is damn cold, seemed that heater is not working !!
