Nestled right on the beach and just a few minutes' walk from historic Flagler Avenue, this newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo invites you to enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every room of your home away from home. The Oceanfront Retreat is a 6th floor end unit within the coveted Golden Arms, in the perfect location.
For your comfort and relaxation, enjoy our many updates including new floors, ceiling fans, AC, furniture, light fixtures, bedding and linens. Enjoy the family room's comfy 2-recliner leather sofa, new SmartTV with your favorite channels like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, games and spectacular views of the Atlantic with access to the spacious balcony.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped (keurig, blender, crock pot, etc.) for you to prepare your meals as you would at home.
After a long day in the sun, retire to the master bedroom and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves crashing and a favorite show on the flat screen tele. Relax in the comfy king bed or read a book in the oversized papasan chair and ottoman, and enjoy amenities of the ensuite master bath and seated vanity...a nice quiet nook. There is plenty of closet space (California-closet style) and storage, and the master also has access to the balcony.
The cozy guest bedroom has queen and twin beds, a separate hallway and bath. The comfy swivel chair allows you to watch the flat screen or the ocean view and catch spectacular sunrises. The wall length closet is also California-closet style for easy organization.
The Golden Arms property offers an onsite pool, shuffleboard, secured access to and from the beach, common area for entertaining, and permit parking for the safety of residents and guests.
Rent surfboards, bikes, scooters, fun cars and golf carts to tour the area. Head north towards the jetty, climb on the rocks or join in on the fishing. Continue north to the tip of the island at Smyrna Dunes Park and take in wildlife and views of the Ponce de Leon Inlet and Lighthouse.
Or head south towards Flagler Avenue and stop in at our favorite beachfront restaurants. Grab a burger at Breakers, or our personal favorite -- a hoagie at Toni and Joe’s, and catch live music. Enjoy shopping at surf shops and quaint boutiques on Flagler Avenue. Stop for a poke bowl, glass of wine, candy or ice cream at Treats on the Beach. Art festivals, wine walks and events keep Flagler Avenue a draw year-round.
On your way to Canal Street Historic District, notice the beautifully restored homes along the river. Spend a day there on a fishing excursion, boating with friends or paddle boarding towards the sandbar. Head towards Canal Street, and you will feel the small town charm combined with music festivals, food truck festivals and monthly events like Art Stroll and Gallery Walk. Enjoy the cafes, restaurants and nightlife that hold history and contemporary vibrance.

This condo has the perfect view, lots of space to spread out and furnishings are very comfortable. The location is convenient to walk the beach and down the street to some of our favorite restaurants.

We loved our stay at this beach front condo. The views were so impressive and really made our beach stay special. The property is very secure and the beach is just outside the gated pool patio. We will be returning as soon as our schedule allows. The location is perfect too we were able to walk into town easily every night for dinner.

This property is meticulously maintain and generously stocked with everything you need for a marvelous time at the beach. The kitchen has every conceivable pan and gadget as well as nice glassware, china and plenty of silverware. The mattresses are comfy and the bedding is cozy. These owners have thought of everything. Can't speak highly enough about how much we enjoyed our time there!

This condo is a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation on the beach. Joy was great to work with and the property, amenities and cute town were just perfect! We will definitely be back!!
