Location is perfect
Not as clean as I’d hoped it would be. Dust everywhere, hand soap in kitchen and bathroom was heavily watered down and had not been replaced/topped up. Shower has a lot of grime. Staff kindly left tea and coffee but there is no sugar. Not a problem for us but lots of coffee and tea, lots of milk but no sugar doesn’t make sense. Main issue was cleanliness there was dust everywhere from the bed frame to the light fixtures, cobwebs too.

Excellent communication with Stays York throughout our stay. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was very hot when we stayed and they had thoughtfully closed all the blinds and provided a fan. The apartment was in the perfect location.
Needs more recycling bins.

The location was very good and the rear garden area of the building was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.
The place felt a little tired such as the rug and cushions. The place just didnt feel clean, especially the shower. The floor looked awful and we didnt want to use it. The cups werent clean, the drawers hadnt been wiped for a while and we found a pill resting on them. There was a mop in the cupboard that had seen better days. Towels were a bit grey as well.
