Situated in Saugatuck, this charming house for $420 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Five Eleven is a recently remodeled modern cottage that is less than .75 miles to downtown Saugatuck or Douglas. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cottage has everything for your next getaway to Saugatuck. Enjoy the privacy of the spacious fenced in back yard or walk to town to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and parks located in Saugatuck/Douglas or stay in, relax in the 5 person hot tub and make dinner in the newly remodeled kitchen. The main bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two full beds, which brings the total available occupancy of this cottage to 8. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is also a half bath off the kitchen/living room area for your convenience. This cottage has it all plus is also pet friendly with a $75 pet fee upon request and approval. Book this cottage now and create memories that will last a lifetime. By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following terms: (RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED) 1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. 2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 3.) No boats or trailers of any kind can be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed. 4.) Please do not move the furniture. 5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property. 6.) Pets are permitted with approval and payment of pet fee. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $150 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. 7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility. 8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items. 9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use. 10.) Quiet time is after 11pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. 11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed. 12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage. 13.) No more than 5 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITHOUT AN ADULT! 14.) Hot tub towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub. 15.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times. Pets - allowed You will receive a text message from us with checkin instructions and the code for the door.

The property was clean and tidy. Backyard was fully fenced and our dogs loved the space. The hot tub amd fire pit were very nice too. Beautifully landscaped yards and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at The 511! From the moment I booked communication was efficient and the check in process was the easiest. The house itself was VERY clean and welcoming and the beds were comfortable with an abundance of blankets and pillows. The 511 was a very short 2-5minute drive from everything and you could technically walk to the downtown area but there is a lack of sidewalks on Blue Arrow Hwy which make it a little dangerous but that’s how close it is to everything! The neighborhood was small and quiet. Overall we had a GREAT stay and would highly recommend The 511 to others staying in Saugatuck!

Great place - cleanest ever. Great experience overall. Nicely decorated, every possible convenience. Very responsive and nice customer sevice.Two limitations -- not a great location for Saugatuck, advertised as sleeping 8 - 3 bedrooms and a fold out sleeper couch. It is not usuable -- the mattress was a box spring and just not made for sleeping on. Owner needs to replace this.

We loved our stay here! Check in process was easy and the space fit 7 easily. We did encounter a broken coffee pot on arrival, but they delivered a brand new one within hours. GREAT location close to Saugatuck and in a quiet neighborhood. I think a few other reviews noted this, but the water did taste funny from the faucet, so we ended up buying some outside of the house. Absolutely loved the mornings on the back porch!

7 of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend getaway and it was perfect! The home was clean, hot tub was an added plus and we were walking distance to so many places! The beach was a quick drive away and plenty of space for 7 of us! The pull out couch was not the comfiest, but all the actual beds were. I would definitely come back if I find myself in Saugatuck again!

This was perfect for 6 adults and 2 little dogs- 3 couples, each with quite private rooms. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms very clean. Hot tub was nice, but dirty upon our arrival. Easy check in and out, and the secluded backyard was perfect for the dogs.

We enjoyed our time in Sagatuck. It was a cute town with lots to do nearby for a short trip. Loved the place and cute backyard. Beds were a little hard and no tvs in any of bedrooms. Overall was a nice trip. Would come back.

This is our second stay at The 511. We love the layout of the place and it is perfect for our family trips. The decor is simple and clean and is a very relaxing space for us. We hope to try it again in the summertime.

Loved our stay here, plenty of space for everyone, great hot tubbing and close to town. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is it was difficult to find on the street, it gets dark so early and there was no visible house number, no lights were on, and we couldn’t even see the house bc of the bushes in the front. It’s a bit nerve wrecking approaching a house and you’re not sure If you’re in the right place, but once we figured it out it was great lol.

Had a great time spending a weekend here with friends. The hot tub/backyard is a great hangout area and the three bathrooms are great if you've got several couples staying over. Couple little things could be a little better - no shelf in master shower, strange steps/layout of master bath - but they're tiny things and the house itself is a great space and a really great location close to Douglas and Saugatuck. Organized hosts and easy check-in and check-out process.

We had a great time at this property. It was very close to both Saugatuck and Douglas and very quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and adorable. There were some missing essentials in the kitchen though including oven mitts and sheet pans.

Beautiful house, close to town
We had a great time at this very clean, very nicely decorated house. The beds were comfortable; we kept marveling at how cute the house was and how well it was arranged to maximize space. We loved the backyard, as did our dog! There was one afternoon/evening where one of the neighbors (the ones who share the driveway fence line) had some people over and were playing music very loudly. It didn't last more than a few hours and overall was not a huge detraction from our stay. You are very close to town, probably about a 15 minute walk. When we noticed the coffee carafe had a crack in it, they brought us a brand new coffee maker that same day. Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful house with mid-mod charm
The house is really nicely appointed with a great aesthetic and a deliberate attention to detail. You will find a wonderful selection of books and artwork throughout the home, very comfortable furniture and beds, as well as a well organized and appropriately stocked kitchen (utensils, cookware, table settings - sufficient in number and nicely consistent). The house was very clean and uncluttered. The fenced backyard was ideal for allowing our dog to roam a bit while we enjoyed the clean hot tub.
Saugatuck and Douglas were fun to explore - wonderful dining options and interesting sites and shopping. It kept our crew which included ages 10 and up entertained.
The location of the house is slightly off the main streets of S&D, but also highly central to everything you might want or need. Within 5 minutes drive you can be in Saugatuck, Douglas, grocery stores, restaurants, parks and boutique shopping. It is also likely walkable but we didn’t try that mode of transport.
Clearly the owners and property managers put a lot of thought into the house and it shows. Great stay and experience all around!

Lovely winter stay
Our group of six (plus a pup) had a wonderful winter weekend here. Hot tub was awesome, and the fenced yard made it easy to have our dog with us. We didn't venture out much and enjoyed just hanging out in the open living area.

The property was a bit far to walk into downtown Saugatuck and Douglas during the winter, but the drive was super short (only 3 min) and it could've been walking distance in a warmer month.

Perfect family getaway
We rented this home as a weekend family getaway/girls trip. The house was clean and is beautiful. They had everything we needed and the hot tub was such a nice relaxing bonus. The location is so close to downtown and we got to do some Christmas shopping at the shops. I highly recommend this property to others searching for a place to stay in the area.

Beautiful, Clean House
We absolutely loved our stay here. We used the house for a family get together. Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. The instructions for check out were straightforward. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet that was perfect for my toddler to sleep in a pack n' play. You do need to bring your own bed blankets at the moment because of covid, but that wasn't a problem. The hot tub was so nice at the end of the day and was very clean. My only minor issue, which isn't the fault of the house at all, was it is not exactly safe to walk into town with a stroller because you have to walk on the highway with no sidewalks. But the little street the house is on is fun to walk down, and we had no issues driving into town. I would absolutely stay here again.
