You'll be delighted when you arrive at this tastefully decorated, three bedroom, two bath home that accommodate six guests. This home offers granite counter tops, hardwood/tile flooring throughout, plush mattresses with fine bedding and a beautifully furnished screened porch with cable TV. Walk back and forth to the beach for a lunch break or a quick nap for the kids.We have a beach wagon to haul the gear! Start your day on the porch with a cup of coffee listening to the ocean or end your day with a cocktail and the ballgame on! Enjoy hours of family fun as the house is located just a five minute walk to the beach. Sun, surf, paddle board or kayak. The Goose Rocks Community House is around the corner offering tennis lessons and a children's camp (see GRBA for more details) Enjoy great restaurants and boutique shops in Dock Square.....a ten minute ride. Our home also offers a large private yard, a screened in porch, and a long extended open back deck for activities or relaxing around the house. This home is newly refurbished with all brand new appliances and furnishings. A true home away from home equipped with everything you need. Bring your flip flops and a good book, be ready to enjoy!!

We had a wonderful stay at Noel and Regina’s home! It was exactly as shown. Enough space for our family and a short walk to the beach. We spent most days on the beach and early evenings back at the house. Our kids loved the porch, deck and yard. Thank you for a great stay!

Big House-Cozy Feel
This home was clean, lovely, and very spacious and yet still felt cozy. Plenty of room for guests, great deck and a quick walk to the beach. My favorite part of the house was the reading porch. Would have spent all my time there if I could.

Beautiful home and great communication
Lovely neighborhood with great access to the beach and long walks. We stayed in the first floor bedroom and it was a bit noisy due to the open beams and exposed pipes design. Good communication with the owner to resolve TV access issues. Some toiletries in the showers would have been nice but fortunately we had enough of our own.

A close drive to downtown Kennebunkport and many other local attractions. Serenity Now was perfect for our family of four. The home was very clean and comfortable. Quiet stay near the beach
This was a nice cape style house with a screened in porch and updated kitchen. Goose Rocks beach is a 12 minute walk, it's wide, has soft sand and gentle waves, but no bathrooms or lifeguards. A wagon to carry beach chairs and coolers to the beach would make the rental even better.

We had a truly wonderful weekend in this adorable home. It was the perfect size for our family and the location is perfect. With small children in tow, we got to the beach quickly and easily. Perfect Maine vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located beach home! The house was very clean and well organized. Communication with Regina was a breeze. We were able to walk to the beach most days of our week long stay and also took some excursions nearby (Biddeford Pool, Rachel Carson refuge, etc) as well. Our favorite thing was enjoying a quick lunch or dinner on the screened in porch! Would definitely recommend.

Great find - beautiful house in quiet neighborhood
This house is a great find! It was nicely equipped and very clean upon our arrival. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to a beautiful beach (5 min walk) and downtown Kennebunkport (12 min drive). The screen porch was our favorite place to sit and relax! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for our family of 4. Communication from homeowners was great. Great area for walking and kids riding bikes!

Great location and very clean
Perfect location for beach days. Within walking distance of both Goose Rocks Beach and the Tides Beach Club restaurant. Nice and quiet neighborhood especially with the open windows. Our family enjoyed the stay. And the beach was nice and big allowing for plenty of distancing during COVID.

Goose Rock Beach- one of the best beaches in Maine
Great place to stay and vacation with family. The beach is beautiful, and near by. The house is very comfortable. We love reading in the porch and having our coffee there early in the morning. The host, Regina and Noelle, responded quickly when we texted them. Kennenbunkport (10 minutes by car) has great shops, and restaurants. There are lots of conservation land near by- great for bird watching. Overall, great vacation spot for all ages.

Fall Beach Weekend
We had a great stay with our two adult daughters & boyfriend. There were 5 in our party & the layout of the house worked great with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. We found everything we needed & cooked in each day. The beach is just a short walk & the downtown area is an easy drive. Goose Rocks Beach is a great area. We hope to come back again!

Perfect Family Home
Wow!!!! Our family (elementary-aged kiddos + Mom & Dad) could not have asked for a better place to stay! We were in town for a huge family wedding and ’someone’ did not make reservations for a place to stay. (not naming names but it wasn’t Mom). When I contacted the owners (online) with less than 24-hours notice, they were so accommodating and helpful! Immediate online communication to confirm, give me key location, and tell us address. I keep saying ‘online’ bc my kids are too loud so phone calls are hard for me. The owners sent all the info quickly and took care of everything! Perfect!! Centrally located - walking or driving, this home’s location makes it super easy to get around (Bush compound, Kennebunkport, Tides Restaurant, Gooserocks beach (easy and short... all-age appropriate stroll from home to beach) on the marsh bistro, and Saco. The size of the home was perfect and gave us a lot of sleeping options for kids, snoring dad, mom sleeping late, etc. The backyard is AMAZING and offers super cool woods with great climbing trees that my kids loved. When my family wasn’t at the home with their loudness, I found the backyard amazingly peaceful and a great morning devotion spot! All of the amenities in the home are just right. The owners thought of everything and we didn’t lack anything. Everything worked great- appliances, microwave, plumbing- absolutely no issues with anything and it was all easy to operate. Even the television remote was easy to figure out .... and that never happens to us at a rental! The floor plan was laid out well, beds were all super comfy, linens were clean and smelled lovely, and the water never seemed to get cold. We had many showers going with our family getting ready simultaneously... but the hot water never ran out! Even my daughter and her marathon showers! Maybe this home has tankless water heaters- I don’t know- but this was a great perk to the last person showering (Mom). The temperature inside the home was nice & even throughout both floors and all bedrooms. The WiFi was strong throughout the home and porches. The screened side porch offered a place for the kids to hang out while we were in the den or on the back deck. This home really has a lot of flex of space to accommodate families and visitors. It really was absolutely perfect for our stay and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family.
