Beautiful quiet and bright studio, air-conditioned, on one level at 5 minutes from the beach (Cagnes / sea), central between Nice and Cannes but preserved from their agitations (exit Cagnes / sea in green zone of Saint-Paul-de-Vence ), ideal for 2 travelers (plus extra bed for child), fully equipped (25m² new from 2018) with its private pool dedicated only to the studio (occasional access of the owner only in the absence of the traveler) decorated with a large sunny terrace dedicated all comfort (barbecue, hammock, sunbed, umbrella, pool-house ...), with a dominant view of a wooded valley in the heart of a terraced orchard, ideally located among the classified medieval sites of the French Riviera. * Very central location close to all amenities: Train station every 15 min to Antibes (in 6 min) or Nice (in 13 min), bus station all directions (old Nice in 25 min by bus n ° 94, idem for Antibes, 10 min for Vence, 40 min for Cannes or Monaco), Nice airport (10 min), motorway entrance, near supermarkets and Polygone Riviera, cinemas and restaurants, many tourist sites ... * Detailed description of the accommodation: This comfortable studio (25 m² brand new from 2018) includes: - air conditioner, - Comfortable American kitchen (oven grill and microwave, induction hob, hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, large fridge, freezer, dishes and all necessary utensils such as pots and pans, oil salt and pepper), - Friendly and very practical bar for breakfast or fast food, - dining area with an office area - living area with sofa bed 2 people good quality (130x190cm new from 2018) - extra bed for a child under 15 years or 60kg (80x190cm new from 2018), - large satellite TV (flat screen of 108 cm), - Wi-Fi internet access, - thermostatic shower room, - wc, - washing machine, - numerous tidying up and cupboards arranged, - double glazing, - private swimming pool dedicated only to the traveler of the studio for his personal use (in the absence of the traveler only the owner could have access especially for the maintenance). De studio zag er prima uit. Er was aan alles gedacht qua zeep, toiletpapier, kruiden etc. Vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw . Heerlijk zwembad. Kortom, wij hebben genoten.

Nous avons passes des vacances memorables. Rien a redire sur le studio, tres propre, fonctionnels, avec un gros plus qui est cette piscine avec sa vue magnifique. La situation est aussi exceptionnelle et que dire de nos hôtes ! Un grand merci pour l'accueil, les petites attentions et votre gentillesse, c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons l'annee prochaine !

Les hôtes sont très accueillants, et ont de bons conseils concernant les lieux à visiter. Ils sont discrets, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en toute tranquillité. Le studio est très bien pensé, avec tous les équipements et produits de base, nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Un grand merci pour ce séjour agréable, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une fois n’est pas coutume , nous avons choisi la région PACA pour y passer nos vacances et que dire de plus de ce séjour si exceptionnel : au top ! Nos hôtes ont été très accueillant , la propriété est vraiment magnifique et la situation géographique idéale nous a permis de profiter au maximum de la région et de ses paysages splendides alentours .. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner dans ce studio avec accès privé à la piscine, entourée par la nature. Ce cadre reposant a contribué à une semaine de détente et de convivialité. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé 5jours magnifique mon mari et moi dans ce super studio avec piscine PRIVÉE. L’emplacement est parfait à 5min de la plage de Cagnes sur mer. Les propriétaires sont super gentils, à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour nous. Le studio est très bien équipé. Tout a été désinfecté pour notre arrivée et à notre depart. Je recommande VIVEMENT !! Merci Eric et Pascale pour ce magnifique séjour.
