Great place for the price paid. 4* - you get what you paid for. Local alcohol free of charge. In case you wish to drink something better you can buy imported alcohol at extra cost - not massively overpriced. Nice pool, beautyfull beach and surroundings.

No music at the pool except pool fitness. Average food but variety of choices. The free 460 USD cupon to spend is a joke. You can only spend in small cupons 5,10,15,20 USD per activity. It basically translates to 10% on activity and you would have to spend 4600USD to use the 460 cupon.

The hotel is great. The all inclusive is good and easy and 24h. The room was great and clean. No complaints regarding the structure, facilities and food/drink quality at all.

The third party contractors. Not friendly, not easy to deal. During our tour we asked for some photos, they said yes and simply didn't take it, for example. We purchased a photo session and it is almost two months later and they haven't provided the photos yet. When selecting the photos, they took us out of the platform as soon as we clicked the selected number of photos, even though we never clicked on "confirm". They later re-enable the access. Also important to notice that they have two specialty dinner restaurants included that open in alternate dates, not simultaneously. They are small and "sell out" in minutes. Making people line by it as soon as 5pm. So even though it is "opened" until 9pm, if you not there soon, you will not try it at all. We saw many families disappointed by that. They could simply open both at the same time and have an online booking system on their app. Still on the staff side of things. We requested glasses for our room. They have a spirit dispenser in the room. Called reception, asked staff in person, more than once. Two days straight. Never received the glasses.
