Spacious living room with 65" smart TV & sleeper sofa for family and friends when they come to visit. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The back patio has covered and uncovered seating areas and a beautiful view of the mountains. After a busy day of hiking, hitting the links, or whatever fun you've had, retreat into the living room, turn on the 65" flat-screen smart TV and relax. Kitchen is fully appointed and has everything a cook will need and there is a gas grill on the patio. Have your meals inside or outside on the back patio and enjoy the mountain views. The master bedroom features a wooden dresser, flat-screen TV, two closets and a King bed with a memory foam top mattress that will usher you right to sleep after a day of adventures. Green Valley Recreation centers available for use with a small additional fee. Town home is an aged restricted HOA and at least one tenant must be 55 or older.

Very nice townhome in an extremely quiet area. Location is close to all stores and restaurants. Michelle will respond to any questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Kitchen was very well stocked and we loved having access to the GVR amenities. It was also very handy to have a washer and dryer in suite.

We were in Green Valley for a family reunion. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. The house was perfect. We actually ended up spending most of our time here with our family. We will stay here again on our next trip.

The property was in a nice neighborhood and had pretty much everything you need. It is close to anything you would need and the house is very comfortable and instructions very clear. I would highly recommend this property. It was close to my dad who I was visiting.

This was our third stay at this immaculate townhouse. Stocked with everything you might need, Michelle has gone out of her way to make this bright and airy space feel like home. This visit we took advantage of having the wonderful Green Valley Recreation pool and sauna two blocks away. We enjoyed our stay!

This would be totally 5 stars except we couldn't get on the Wi-Fi. The password didn't work. Admittedly, we were so busy I didn't call the host about it. Only other thing was there were no bars of soap. On the plus side, the beds were very, very comfy. Also, this is the best value in Green Valley for 4 people.

This property had everything we needed; great, walkable neighborhood and very quiet. Enough room for five adults, good seating. Rec center down the street, but a very wide street to cross to get there (no crosswalk, but very light traffic). Safeway two miles away. 30 mins from Tucson. Would definitely stay again.

The villa is spacious, clean and has a beautiful brick patio with a view of the mountains. From there you can see both the sunrise and the sunset! Everything you need here for a great stay! Michelle is a great hostess: friendly, helpful and available to answer your questions.

This is one of the most reasonable prices we have found for this size of condo. We cooked all our meals here and had everything we needed for prep, cooking, seasoning and storage. Grill works great. The recreation facility, which requires an extra fee, is only a long block away. The backyard adjoints a ravine lined with trees and bushes filled with birds and rabbits for am and pm entertainment.
