En general todo ha sido positivo personal limpieza los jardines bien cuidados instalaciones la comida si coges my favorite club tienes algunas ventajas que merecen la pena recomendable y repetiré sin ninguna duda
Lo negativo los niños en la piscina del spa jugando a la pelota y tirándose de bomba los adultos solo tienen de relajación de de 16h a 18h que es cuando los niños tienen prohibido ir al spa me parece incorrecto el horario tendría que ser al contrario.
Otra cosa negativa es los gorriones comiendo en el buffet

Siempre nos hacen sentir en casa, disponibilidad a la hora del check in y check out. Nos divertimos muchísimo, y disfrutamos mucho del buffet, del spa, y de la zona my favourite club, que bien es verdad estaba un poco mas floja en cuanto aperitivos y atencion, quizás algo puntual,, pero siempre el balance es excepcional, es la cuarta vez que estamos y volveremos,,,

Hotel bonito, con una zona exterior con piscinas muy agradable. La habitación también estupenda, renovada y con camas cómodas. Personal muy amable.
La comida del buffet es mejorable; mucho precocinado y poco cuidado con las intolerancias y alergias. El personal tenía clara sobrecarga de trabajo.

I spent a great week at Alua Village. With My Favorite Club upgrade I got a room with an ocean view, close to the main building. The room was nice, spacious, with comfy beds, cleaned every day. The food was good, every day you could have some fish or sea food which I enjoyed a lot. My children were happy to have ice cream after lunch and dinner. My Favorite Club option gives you unlimited access to a lounge with good coffee, snacks, soft drinks and good choice of alcohol and also sunbeds. The outdoor pools were rather chilly in February but an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and sauna fully make up for that. There is a nice gym available. There are some lovely cats living in the hotel area. The hotel is situated on a hill so you have to walk to the beach for a few minutes (and then climb back to your room :). The beach is lovely - fine sand, not too crowded, there are 2 bars on the beach and some water sports available. You can meet lots of chipmunks on the way to the beach and on the beach.
There is a Mercadona supermarket just a few minutes walk from the hotel; there is also a bus stop nearby.
All the staff at the hotel were friendly, nice and helpful

Location - amazing and eye-catching. In the morning to get to wake up with bird sounds, you pet few cats on your way to the breakfast and eventually you relax during the day with sun and sea view

Everything in this hotel was lovely and clean. The building is extraordinary beautiful architecture, exceptional facilities, spa, and the rooms, views, food and locations were amazing. Great choice at a great price point.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Zimmer waren sehr gut und schön. Kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Gerne wieder.
Leider ist das ganze Hotel mit All inclusive. So geht der Charme eines 4-Sterne Hotel verloren.

Hotel muy tranquilo, con buena calidad precio, ideal para desconectar. Habitación y cama muy cómodas. Buena calidad de los buffete en relación al precio. En estas fechas, a pesar de tener ocupación alta, no daba la sensación de estar rodeado de gente. Las vistas y la playa cercana. El gimnasio para unos días muy completo.
La zona de spa podía estar un poco más cuidada y con algún servicio más.
Aunque en mi caso me da igual, si es verdad, que para llegar a la playa hay que andar un poco y con cuesta. En general se usa el inglés y francés en las actividades.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à dix minutes a pieds de la plage, avec une vue sublime sur l'océan. Nous avons également aimé nous baigner dans la piscine chauffée intérieure et la piscine froide extérieure (même en janvier !). Les repas du all inclusive sont bons.
Nos lits étaient défectueux à l'arrivée mais ont été remplacés de suite à notre demande. Nous aurions apprécié avoir des transats sur notre balcon privé.

La ubicación, tenía unas vistas preciosas desde la piscina. La cama era super grande y muy cómoda, de lo mejor de la habitación.
La habitación no tenía vistas y había poca variedad en las comidas, sobre todo en la zona de la plancha. El día que estuvimos solo había carne de cerdo para almorzar y cenar

Me gustó mucho que el spa fuera gratis .
Me gustó el buffet y que con el todo incluido a cualquier hora del día pueda consumir bebidas a parte de picoteo en el bar de la piscina.
No me gustó que mi habitación estuviera en una planta sin ascensor es complicado subir la maleta por las escaleras.
La animación todo en francés lo cual los españoles estamos un poco ignorados. Los chicos que hacen la animación son muy majos y amables pero estando en España lo ideal es que hablen español además de otros idiomas.

Es waren fast über den gesamten Aufenthalt keine Salatschüsseln und Gläser vorhanden, wurden nur auf Nachfrage gebracht mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit.
Tische waren fast nie aufgedeckt (wurde meistens dann von den Gästen selbst gemacht) bzw. abgeräumt.
Essen ist geschmacklich nicht das beste und meistens schon kalt bis man am Tisch ankommt
- Pool schließt um 18uhr, was ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen kann ..
- Wlan funktioniert mittelmäßig
- Gym ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet
-Für Strand bzw. Poolbadetücher und dem Zimmersafe muss extra bezahlt werden
-hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht und zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten erhalten, welche ständig auseinander gerutscht sind
- Duschgel war mit Wasser verdünnt

La estancia en el hotel, a pesar de que fueron pocos días, me encantó. Tenía reservado una habitación doble pero cual fue mi sorpresa que cuando llegamos nos cedieron, por cortesía. una Suite con vistas al océano que era una maravilla. El personal fantástico, muy servicial y que te resolvían cualquier duda. En este sentido, quiero destacar la atención recibida por ÁNGEL, un trabajador de recepción que a pesar de ser tan joven tiene una madurez y profesionalidad que ya quisieran muchos. Siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa, dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda y a colaborar en lo que estuviera en su mano, sólo por él volvería al hotel.
Las piscinas muy buenas y limpias, y aunque es cierto que una de ellas es la que utilizaba el equipo de animación para las actividades, la otra piscina, que para mí era mejor, siempre estaba disponible para el resto de personas que queríamos tranquilidad.
La comida me gustó mucho también, bastante variedad y de buena calidad.
La ubicación para mí es buena, cerca de la playa de Esquinzo a la que se podía acceder fácilmente desde el hotel. Es cierto, tal y como se refleja en otras opiniones que hay que caminar un poco, pero depende de la visión de cada persona, para mí era cerca. Si se quiere visitar otras zonas hay que coger transporte sí o sí, pero como en cualquier zona de la isla.
Resumiendo, me gustó mucho, lo recomiendo.
El hotel está muy bien en general, pero sí que es cierto que la animación está dirigida casi exclusivamente al turismo francés. Como Canaria que soy puedo entender que para la economía del Archipiélago es fundamental cuidarlo como se merece pero se debería también tener en cuenta y cuidar al turista local y al que viene de Península, que probablemente paguemos más que los que vienen de fuera de España. Es un poco incómodo ver como están divirtiéndose y siendo partícipes de la animación cuando el resto no nos enteramos de casi nada.
Por lo que pude observar, creo, aunque quizá me equivoque, que es un Club de animación que viene con el Tour operador (tenían doble pulsera, la propia del hotel todo incluido y otra que le ponían aparte), que por tanto atiende casi en exclusiva a los que hayan contratado los servicios de ese Club desde su país de origen, pero precisamente si eso es así, el hotel debería tenerlo en cuenta, contar con alguien que pueda traducir, o quiera hacerlo porque también observé que algún miembro de la animación sí sabía español pero no lo quería hablar. O más sencillo, que ponga un equipo de animación propio que hable todos los idiomas y atienda a todos los huéspedes por igual, que considero es un importante reclamo.
Pero bueno, es sólo mi opinión pero que para nada desmerece ni enturbió la estancia que disfruté.

The hotel needs to enforce NO sunbed hogging, as there where people reserving sunbeds and never using them, leaving their towels on them for the whole day. It was so bad, I had to buy VIP sun loungers as £10 a day to be able to able lay down at the pool side.
If you main language is English, you might aswell learn French or German before coming 😅 as the activities staff not even once spoke in English the whole 7 days we where there, kinda felt left out.

Check in very easy. Not too much of a queue for bar and restaurant
Food could have been better. Evening meal was not very good . Choice was poor and just warm. .Same with breakfast . Catered more for the French & German including the entertainment day and night.

We had such a rocky travel experience and arrived later then expected due to delayed flights and transfers and were starving and frustrated when we arrived but our mood quickly changed when we walked in and was greeted by a staff member called Simon who was so so friendly. He brought us around the hotel and showed us to the dinning area where there was a small bit of food waiting for us which we were thrilled about. We were a ten minute walk from the beach and the beach was amazing. Strongly recommend getting my favorite club it was so nice to have.
The food options became so boring that we left the hotel three times to get a Burger King because we couldn’t stomach the same food again.

The pool and facilities were great. Fantastic views and a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
The food wasn’t amazing. Great if you wanted to make a salad as the variety was great but the daily grilled food wasn’t up to standard in my opinion. I found the music and entertainment side too loud and overpowering and that seemed to be for a small section of guests taking part it was all encompassing for everyone else.

staff was very kind and friendly, they spoke enough languages! ( most of the visitors were French, and animation crew spoke French fluently, so a place for French people) but not only them, food was delicious, cleanliness and safety was at highest! I totally recommend it!

We loved how attentive the staff were. It felt like a true 5-star experience. For example, we asked to change our room during the week when there were national holidays in France and Spain and so the hotel had a lot of guests and all the rooms were booked out, but the hotel staff took good care of us. They offered several different options to choose from without any problem. Also, they were super friendly about us requesting an early breakfast, which you can arrange at this hotel as early as 6:30 am if you also plan to go on excursions or go surfing like we did.
Talking about surfing, there is a nice surfing school nearby, which picked us up from the hotel every morning, and the surfing spot (for beginners) was about 20 min away, so the hotel's location is definitely good for trying out surfing.
The hotel is not right on the beach, you have to walk for about 5-7 minutes downhill, but to us it was not a problem.

The hotel staff were excellent and contributed to a good stay. The facilities were great. The resort was quite relaxed, though an opportunity to do as much as you wanted to.
The beach was enjoyable and very sandy. The walk down to the beach and back to the resort wasn't as bad as some as suggested.
The a la carte restaurant was enjoyable and the staff were really good and attentive.
The lack of food labelling for gluten free was a disappointment, I appreciate there was a sign saying that no guarantee could be made about GF food but having to ask questions about most of the food items did make our dining experience one where it felt like we were a burden. The one exception to this was the a la carte where alternatives to food that contained gluten were provided.

- Room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Balcony was a decent size, as was the bathroom.

- The Beach was beautiful, it's only 5/10 minutes stroll down a path from the hotel, it is quite steep, but unless you are extremely unfit then you shouldn't have any issues if you take it slow.
- Yes there's a lot of French orientated activities, but we never felt unincluded. We're happy to be left to our own devices anyway.
- The Sea, Beach and Mountain Views.
- A La Carte evening was great.
- Very minor gripe, sunbeds around the pool could have been slightly more comfortable. Didn't stop me lying on them for 6+ hours a day though.
- The AC in the room and in the hotel communal areas wasn't quite cool enough for me. Probably alright for most people.
- Would have been nice to be able to visit the A La Carte more than once, maybe one lunchtime sitting per week also. It would have provided a nice break up the 3 times per day visit the buffet again. Or even be able to pay a surcharge for an additional visit.

spacious and clean with good pool area
The food was terrible we spoke to multiple guests and all disliked the food options and how meats were undercooked.
Reception team not friendly do not seem bothered by complaints or to try help resolve the situation. The drinks quality is poor and seems watered down. No food available after 9.30pm and hardly any staff around to serve drinks everything is self service only.

We had the my favourite club room which had an excellent view, a good sized room with a terrace and air-con. The pools themselves were nice and you had 4 to choose from which was good. The staff were lovely too.
The cocktails seemed to only be one shot and you only had a choice out of 2 or 3. The poolside was dirty and not cleaned throughly. The main bar area constantly stunk of sick. The buffet food was the same every day and didn’t get to my expectations.

this is a beautiful hotel with fabulous views. the rooms are modern and stylish with good facilities and we had a lovely sea view. the ‘my
favourite club’ facility was excellent and well
worth the extra money. Simon and Angel at reception were super nice and helpful. The food and drink offer was good and there were no queues.
the animation around the pool was far too noisy, considering only 10-20 guests seemed to get involved in the activities it was a shame that the music and noise spoilt the relaxation for other guests. My favourites club terrace is also directly above where the animation team make their very loud announcements!
Although the food was good the desserts were disappointing- most were clearly made from left over fruit and rice. the rose/white wine is undrinkable.
