El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, tanto en recepción como durante el desayuno y por parte del equipo de limpieza. El desayuno estaba bastante bien, era completo y variado. Además, nos gustó mucho tener la opción de desayunar en la terraza, donde estuvimos muy a gusto. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era enorme y bastante cómoda. El check-in fue rápido y también valoramos positivamente que el alojamiento dispusiera de aparcamiento.

Lo peor de nuestra estancia fue la temperatura de la habitación. Cuando llegamos no había mantas y la calefacción no funcionaba, por lo que pasamos bastante frío durante la noche. Preguntamos en recepción y la chica fue muy amable y nos ayudó a poner la calefacción. Sin embargo, al cabo de un rato nos dimos cuenta de que el aparato únicamente echaba aire frío, así que finalmente no pudimos calentar la habitación.
