Sehr nettes und unkompliziertes Personal, das uns auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben hat. Das Familienzimmer war sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. WC und Dusche waren für eine Familie etwas klein, was wir mit etwas mehr Zeit problemlos lösen konnten. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Mit dem Auto oder auch mit dem Zug ist man schnell im Maggiatal sowie in Locarno oder Ascona. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
