About this house rental
Nestled in Manzanita, this lovely house for $449 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful, private home in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the beach or quaint downtown Manzanita is perfect for your beach get-a-way. Enjoy family & friends in this cheerful unique decor in an open living/dining space with vaulted ceilings. A wall of windows lets in the light or gives a view of winter storms. Fully equipped kitchen, with an extra kitchenette, everything you need to cook for and entertain a large group. The downstairs area 2 bedrooms, laundry and living area/game room with a not-so-comfy sectional that turns into a king size bed, makes this home great for two families or a little extra privacy. The downstairs has a foosball table, big screen TV and an Xbox 360 with games and there is an outdoor dart board under the deck. The second master on the lower level that has its own bathroom and outside access to the private patio for using the spa. Upstairs, in addition to the light-filled living and dining areas there are two spacious bedrooms; one is a luxurious master suite with an attached private bathroom, dual closets and a sitting area. The other, with it's whimsical decor, is at the end of the hall to provide privacy for the adults or space for kids to play and make some noise. Gather outdoors and grill on the secluded upper deck or soak in the large spa on the patio, which can be accessed from the deck or the downstairs master. Covered outdoor area with darts and a chiminea. Other amenities include a two large ROKU Smart TV's, wifi, a small office space and washer & dryer. Plenty of books, DVDs, games and toys for the young at heart. There is beach equipment available in the garage for you to use and you will enjoy the short walk to town or the ocean from our property. Our home-away-from-home is perfect for your next family vacation, romantic get-a-way or work retreat.

Can’t beat the location, so close to both the beach and town. The hot tub was amazing especially in the winter. The other outdoor areas looked nice too, would also consider staying in the summer. The main living area was spacious enough for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing to note is that the upstairs bedrooms are way nicer than the basement rooms. Not a deal breaker and pretty typical with places we’ve rented in the past. The kitchenette area in the basement and 2nd mini living room was great though!

We had another great stay this year. The house is great and well-stocked. Brenda is an amazing host who truly went above and beyond to help us recover some precious items we forgot there. The living and dining area is comfortable and fits our large group easily. Highly recommend!

We really enjoy staying at this rental and have stayed a few times. By the end of the summer it was definitely in need of a deep clean. The couches smelled like wet dogs had been on them. I guess that’s probably to be expected at a pet friendly place on the coast. I honestly wish it wasn’t pet friendly because that’s the only drawback. The place is otherwise great

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home! The location was lovely, a very relaxing and quiet neighborhood, but with close access to both the beach and to the main street, where there were shops and stores to explore. The house was fully furnished, cozy and well decorated, and provided ample linens, toiletries, and supplies for cooking. We enjoyed the hot tub too! The split levels made it easy for our extended family to spread out into their own bedrooms, the large TVs had all of these subscription services we needed, and the house was definitely set up for a relaxing time! We loved going to the bookstore, playing fetch on the beach with our two small dogs, trying different coffee shops, grilling on the patio, and drinking local wine. We’ve come to the Oregon coast every year for a few years now, and this house and location are our new favorite! Thank you for an incredible stay.

This house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful, wide beach of Manzanita! Two levels of living allow space to spread out. This house has more amenities than I have ever seen in a vrbo property. Fully equipped kitchen to include basic spices, beach chairs, wagon and toys - even a kite! Huge assortment of games, puzzles, DVDs, toys, books and baby equipment. Two washers and dryers! Highly recommend!

The house is located just a short walk from the beach and the town! It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Only thing to note is that the downstairs only has one bathroom and it’s attached to one of the bedrooms. The door of that bedroom is an accordion door so there is less privacy volume wise. Would definitely recommend.

This was such an amazing house with so much space for all 11 of us. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and dog friendly! Brenda is awesome and quick to message us back with any questions. 10 out of 10. We loved this place!

Really nice property with nice outdoor space with plants, shade, darts, and a hot tub. No ocean view, but you can hear the ocean and a lot of trees and birds in the neighborhood makes it a very natural space. Short 5 minute walk to the beach or an extra block to the heart of downtown. House has foodball, TONS of bord games, kids toys, cool atmosphere, place has almost everything. My wife and kids loved it too, we would definitely go back!

The property is super clean, lots of open space to gather, games galore, table tennis, food ball, and hot tub, so even on rainy days there are things to do. The kitchen has lots of appliances and gadgets. Only down side - some of the mattresses are saggy and uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful time at staying at this house. Great location to the beach, town and for short trips to Cannon Beach and Tillamook. Only negative is the mattress quality in the lower bedroom with adjacent bathroom.

A couple of blocks from the beach, this house is well stocked with pretty much everything you need for a great family vacation. The house is spacious and has plenty of forms of entertainment - our days were full of reading, games, ping pong, X box, walks on the beach, s'mores on the fireplace and relaxing in the hot tub! Doesn't get much better than this. Thank you for sharing your place!

The house was the exact same as pictures and very clean. You are a 2 minute walk away from a beautiful beach. It was also very appreciated for the huge T.V. and fireplace as well as the ping pong table, dog towels.

We had a great weekend in Manzanita staying at this house. It is in a great location for downtown and easy walk to the beach. We had a mix of weather which made it nice to get outside and also cozy up near the fireplace to watch a movie. Hot tub was nice and hot, too! Communication was smooth and easy. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home!

We had such a wonderful experience with this home and working with the owner, Brenda! We hosted our wedding reception here as we had our small microwedding on the beach with our closest family and friends. I cannot express enough how perfect this home was and I would love to come back again with family and friends in the future :)

We had a wonderful stay. Family visit from the Midwest to celebrate mom's birthday and time together. We celebrated old traditions of cooking meals together in the well stocked kitchen and all reading in the huge living room. House was close enough to the beach to just walk every day and after a cold ocean swim getting in the hot tub was perfect. Well stocked with towels and extra blankets and entire house was clean. This stay felt like a home that we all felt comfortable in and the location and ability to have our dog join was delightful. If we have a group of 8 again we would absolutely stay here every time. Best beach town!

Loved our stay so much we booked again for next year! Great beach access, spacious kitchen and living room, nice to have 2 tv areas with a big group. Brenda was very quick to respond to questions and answered the phone to help track down a replacement propane tank for the grill!

This was our 2nd year at this property. There were some improvements to the driveway, patio, hot tub. We really love the proximity to the beach and "downtown" Manzanita (Laneda Ave). The downstairs still has a strong mildew smell and the carpet in front of the downstairs kitchen was wet on occasion, but we kept the windows open and that helped a lot. We would definitely consider staying here again, especially since most of our time is spent upstairs in the spacious kitchen and family room!

If you have a big family and kids this is the place to stay...fully equipped kitchen, fabulous use of space, the hot tub was especially nice. A Great Family Vacation
Our family had a great time at the property. Lots of room for everyone and tons of fun and games. We spent a lot of time on the ping pong table! The different levels were perfect for different groups of conversations. And the close location to the shops and the beach couldn't have been more ideal. Thank you!

Manzanita Hit!
Loved this place. Excellent location within easy walking distance of the beach and the main drag. House was clean and exceptionally well appointed. Communication was stellar. No detail was missed. I would stay here again in an instant.

Wonderful, comfortable, super location!
We had a great stay at this home! It was precisely as described in the listing. High quality furniture and very comfortable beds. We so much enjoyed the quick walk to town and the beach. It had everything our family needed for enjoying the coast.
