It was absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t fault it. The space, it was comfortable, quiet, far enough out to be remote but a 15 minute drive from places to eat. Spacious and a lovely little place to stay

A very comfortable and homely stay. Everything we needed was available in the property. A quiet and rural location conveniently located within easy distance to Emsworth and Chichester.

It was a beautiful place to stay with a great view from the bedroom and the feeling of being in a treehouse at the other end of the building. Nice shower. Comfortable bed, comfortable living area. It felt spacious. No clutter.
Be aware of an outdoor flight of stairs to enter the accommodation.

Lovely location on the farm with nice country walks available
Excruciating heat in the loft even with the fans provided, poor insulation throughout. Windows had been left open before our arrival but there was so much humidity it made it worse and made the property full of bugs upon arrival. Lots of main road noise
