Amazing views, fantastic outdoor space, direct access to the beach through a private gateway, very spacious house, fabulous pool.
Had to pick up and drop off keys from an office which is located approximately 8 minutes away by car. Driveway is very narrow and sharp, we only had a compact car and we had to be extremely careful not to scratch it. House needed some general maintenance.

Number of bedrooms and different living spaces. So much cutlery and crockery!
Access and ease of parking, other people’s clothing under the beds in 2 rooms. Difficulty accessing the keys

Peaceful location and a comfortable spacious home with multiple living spaces, heated pool and beach access just outside the gate.
Location was an hour walk (6min drive) to any cafes or restaurants so needed to drive or Uber
