Staff are amazing, food is great (when the cook is around). Pool area is great to laze around in. The hut we were in was next in line to be renovated, so it was a bit tired, but airconditioning worked and the view to the water was breathtaking (we were the last villa down, so other villas may not have the beach view).
No real access to the beach, there is an amazing beach about 10 minutes walk though. Place next to rural areas, so roosters are busy at all times of day and night.
It is a little bit away from everything, so hiring a scooter is a great idea.

The location is nearby Paliton beach with breathtaking view of a part of Paliton as we book the sea view room. It’s also near See Kee Hor cafe. Room is good for upto 6 pax, and we have the whole villa to ourselves. Staff are all amazing and helpful. Breakfast restau starts at 6:30am and the serve the yummiest omellete! The villa also has a balcony and places to hang our wet clothes.
There were water leaking in the bathroom when you shower and since they have a bathub instead, it’s quite dangerous for all of us to get off the bathub due to floor was wet so it’s not recommended for senior citizens. The staircase in our villa was steep and there are a lot of ants and flies in the room. The room needs regular pest control. Since it’s walking distance to Paliton, going to the resort is dark (at night) and narrow.

The staff was incredible! Such nice, thoughtful, helpful people. They truly made our stay so much better. We were a family of 8 so we had a handful of requests/questions which the staff all handled so amazingly. Ocean views and pool were nice. Rooms were spacious. Restaurant was good and affordable. Great value!
A motorbike or car to get around is definitely useful but they can also arrange tuktuk rides for you. The drive in is a bit narrow so just have to be careful if you have a big car. Shortcut to Paliton is less than 5 min walk but not really accessible if it just rained. Ocean access is still broken due to typhoon so just something to keep in mind. The rooms were a bit outdated but again the service makes up for it!

1. Very pleasant and accomodating staff.
2. big room with spacious beds.
3. The staff allowed us to bring the room towels out for our island tour.
4. Free breakfast. They can deliver it in the room. They can also serve it early once requested. Our friend picked us up early so we had to have our breakfast before 7am and it was fine for them.
5. Accesible mineral water near our room.
1. The room was not cleaned up to standard. There were still 3 melted soaps in the bathroom, probably still from previous occupants. There were molds in the shower heads, in the corner of the shower glass and the corners of the bathroom.
2. One towel has a hole in it.
3. The mobile number searchable in Google is either not updated or just really not responsive. I tried to call them since I forgot to let reception know that we wanted our room cleaned, but no one answered. I texted the number but I guess it was not received (or ignored?) since when we came back, the room was still dirty.
4. The receptionist assigned on the day of our arrival gave us the wrong room key. We got locked out for a while until it was finally sorted out.
