Gorgeous garden with beautiful plants and trees with a large outdoor area right next to picturesque views of the ocean. Staff allowed us to move into a much nicer villa when we didn't like our initial room. Nice pool.
Breakfast was awful. 2 staff members took virtually an hour to make the food. Coffee was served fairly promptly, When food finally arrived (coffee almost drunk by this point) toast was stone cold as was the bacon ... also no butter. Sent it back, When it reappeared , toast and bacon ( charred to smithereens by this stage) were slightly warmer and more palatable. We never bothered eating here again.

This is a quiet older establishment that has been renovated in some areas ie retiled floors in bathroom and other areas, new air cons. Pool was nice and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The staff were outstanding. Thanks Wen, Bing and Jomar for your service and happy smiles.
The room curtains need replacing to blockouts. Door locks and keys need replacing as they break. Hot water system can be hit and miss. Shower doors need maintenance and leaks water under the shower which can flood the floor.

We had a great time on Siquijor and loved our villa at Adayo Cove resort! We stayed for 10 days and it felt like coming home every day. The villa is comfortable and you can see the sunset every day from the terrace. Staff is really friendly and we loved the dogs Whitey, Tiger and Coco. Our ferry was canceled and the next day was also unsure, but the staff really helped us to still catch the ferry in the afternoon.

The garden setting and pool.
It was advertised as beachfront. I chose Adayo because of the beach. What a disappointment :-(
