The breakfast Buffet at Cafe Elias was really good. The staff in the Cafe are really courteous and attentive. This part of the place looks elegant and opulent.
I booked a Deluxe room with single bed but was instead given the standard Room. I protested at the front desk but didn’t get anywhere. The reception needs huge improvement in customer care. The only mirror available in our room is at the CR. We were provided with a 2 hangers yet there is nowhere in the closet where we can hang our clothes.
The wirings are still exposed as you walked in the hallway. There are lots of ongoing construction all over the place with no Safety Nets or any form of Safeguard to prevent accidents. The ongoing construction needs to have been covered since it besmirches the supposed beauty of the place.

It was a nice and quiet place to stay. The meals in the restaurant were great. And what a wonderful pool!
We loved it and would come back if there were not sooo many other places in the Philippines we want to visit.

The hotel facilities is new and rooms are nice. They have a nice garden and pool. They also have a beach side but not good.
The hotel staff are kind but they lack training. Cleaning was really minimal so dust under the beds and floors are sticky.
I had to ask them to sweep and mop.the toilet paper was rationed.
The breakfast was once served by the beach side which was really nice but the food doesnt taste good. Coffee was instant not freshly brewed.
We ordered dinner by the poolside but food was poorly cooked and not worth the price we paid.
It has great potential to be a good hotel but it lacks character and solid service.
