Loved the welcome by Manager Rich and was fabulous to meet Naomi whom I had spoken with on the phone.The cleanliness of the room was EXCEPTIONAL.(& I'm really fussy)
Carpet on the staircase needs replacing.The TVs in the communal lounge area need to be HD and would be nice to have live streaming on demand in rooms.

Lovely spacious apartments on a pleasant holiday park. Heated swimming pool was a great benefit, and the staff were great. We enjoyed the easy access to the seafront and were lucky there was music on in the bar the two evenings we were there for the bank holiday. We’ll be back !
Very little - there were a couple of bits in the room that needed some maintenance but nothing major

Its location is lovely and as expected.
Although it was very spacious there were no windows to see through and no outdoor space. The master bedroom didn’t have any natural light. It was quite run down in particular the bathroom. although I was assured it was due for refurbishment. Definitely not the luxury apartment advertised
