Not worth the charges for the room !!

Foul smell in bath room. Bathing water not enough warm / Hot . Water heating system in poor condition.( winter season !!!? ) W.C .faucet badly leaking.

Hotel Is good but the frontline staff behaviour is not good.

Breakfast done at Hotel/Restaurant was good and value for money. One of the senior staff behaviour was too good that he treated us well.

We have made bookings at Hotel online by making payments in advance.But we have been treated by the staff, when we reached the hotel,was very disappointing.We never had such an experience earlier before.We reached the hotel on 15.08.2023 early in the morning at 6.15am after reaching somnath from dwarka at 5.15am.We have been told by hotel staff who was present at that time that,we will not allow to check in before 12.00noon as it is the Checking in time.We are having 03ladies and 01gents in our family.We were not expecting such a rude behaviour of hotel staff.They simply told us that,we will not allow you to fresh n up or be comfortable in room and don't even know the time that,when your room will get available.Because of this,we have to look for a dharamshala for freshing up and getting relaxed which costs Rs.2000/- for next 05 hours due non cooperation of staff at Hotel Bliss. Our request to Hotel Management is that,they should not place gunda type staff at Frontline if they want future business.Staff should identify the guest and treat them Nicely,if they are eligible for. No tea,coffee,or milk powder are placed inside the room alongwith tea kettel.Neither shower gel or shampoo is placed inside the toilet & washroom.When asked from staff,they are simply saying that it is not as per policy of Hotel.

Worst night mare

Nothing this hotels in around dwaraka and somanth they treat guests from booking.com very cheap and bad the hotel management are cheats and only wants money don't provide buckets and door mats and water they argue and fight no decent front office staff

Not worth the money. Will not recommend as the first choice.

The property is good. The location is great… right on the main road. The rooms are spacious. I had earlier stayed in this hotel in Jan 2020 when it was newly built. My experience at that time was very good and that is why I chose to stay in again this time.

The management, the staff and the services this time did not meet our expectations. For instance the bed linen was torn and the staff made four attempts to change it with a new sheet,only to find that the replacement was as bad. While changing the linen the blankets were thrown on the floor. The window blinds mechanism was broken, so one could not open it to let natural light in. All staff and the front desk manager lacked the professionalism, politeness and the courtesy level expected in hospitality industry.

Overall it was a good stay with the small thing could have made it awesome.

The Size of the room. Having separate beds for 4 was good.

The bathrooms could have boon more cleaner. No iron or fridge in the room.
