Hospitality overall experience was good, staff was kind and helpfull
Buffet Breakfast and dinner was not upto the mark. The same menu was repeat even same in d live counter same pizza n pasta everyday and only just two option. There was no international continental food option available during stay. Even I tried to complaint about this to staff but no one responded to it. I was really very much disappointed with the food available for breakfast and dinner

Food is good Else i didn't liked much Staff behaviour matters most which they failed.
I didn't liked that staff, it felt like they priorities peoples with looks. I was young maybe they felt like i am student and then overlooked me that guy whos name was started from "N maybe niraj" He was so looking like just doing formalities. He at first forgot to make sure that my card has floor access. Later he not even asked for whether the luggage should be carried out or not. Even later on he told me to pay first it felt like i am poor and they dont trust me. Even when i requested that can i get a complimantory upgrade they made fake reasons like there is construction and you will later regret asking me etc. simply was talking like shit. Even when i was checking out, i came first and was in line. That niraj or a tall guy he directed me towards someone else. Also at first they said we dont take checkouts in this line and then directed me towards another line. but later they were doing checkout from that line. it felt like i am poor guy.
